We had our new holiday apartment completely furnished by Trends Home and we are 100% satisfied. After we had communicated our floor plan and our first ideas, we received a first draft and then, in a very extensive meeting with Esperanza, selected furniture for each room. Because we don't always stay in Mallorca, it was very helpful for us to get everything from one source and we had no problems finding what we were looking for. Exactly on the requested date, the furniture was assembled by a great construction team and the apartment was decorated according to a suggestion of Trends Home. Decepcionante Compré tres taburetes de cocina en Enero, me dijeron que tardaría 5 semanas en recibir la mercancía y no fue así, hasta finales de Marzo no llegaron y cuando llegaron no eran los que yo había pedido. Volvieron a pedirlos y llegaron tres o cuatro semanas después, sólo los asientos sin los tornillos, pidieron los tornillos o eso me dijeron y después de 1 semana más al montarlos, yo creo que no eran los tornillos adecuados, marcaron el asiento que es de madera. Reclamé y me dijeron que no me preocupara que los volverían a pedir. Estamos a 31 de Mayo y sigo esperando a que me entreguen los taburetes que pedí en Enero. No me ponen ningún problema pero me siento engañada y completamente decepcionada. Hay que decir que los taburetes me costaron cerca de 600€ que pagué en su momento y después de 5 meses...
