Rooftop Sky Saratoga — Restaurant in Palma

Our first night at the hotel, the staff downstairs suggested that we visit the rooftop for the beautiful views, food, and drinks. So, we headed up right after settling into our room.

When we arrived at the rooftop, no one greeted us or directed us to a table. We had to flag down a staff member and ask, and they just told us to "sit anywhere you'd like." We chose a table near the side of the pool and waited a little over 25 minutes for someone to take our order.

During our wait, two women sat at the empty table near us and were immediately handed a menu by a female staff member. Meanwhile, the female staff member repeatedly passed by us, seemingly ignoring our presence. I know she saw us. I began to feel uncomfortable, wondering if we were being overlooked because I am of Southeast Asian descent and everyone else on the rooftop appeared to have lighter skin.

I booked this hotel with a non-refundable rate but I had some health problems and they were very kind they gave me a voucher for other dates and I was very grateful for that!!! The service they give to customers is super excellent we were served by Nuria an exceptional waitress with a lot of charisma she treated us very well and spoke a lot with us!! She is a star she really deserves a lot!!! It is difficult to find such professional and kind people. We are very happy and satisfied with everything. At the reception we were welcomed very warmly by a boy who unfortunately I do not know his name!!! Thanks for everything to all of you and to the management of this hotel you are number 1. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We waited over 2 hours for our food, and even then, the dishes didn’t come out at the same time. Some people at our table had already finished eating before others even got their meals. Completely unacceptable.

When the food finally arrived, it was disappointing to say the least. For the high prices they charge, the quality is shockingly low. Definitely overpriced low quality food. To make things worse, they don’t allow split bills, which made the end of the meal unnecessarily complicated for a group. The staff was unhelpful and didn’t seem to care at all about the poor service we received.
