A very bad experience, to be avoided! 187 (excluding VAT) for fried fish: it's possible at Wine Side. When we took our order, the head waiter was careful not to tell us that the fish was €100 per kilo (excluding VAT). We found out when we paid the bill and kindly told him that we would have liked to know beforehand. He then got angry and told us that it was written on a sign at the back of the restaurant that we couldn't see. Then he shouted at us and insulted us, telling us that once a year he had "stupid/idiot" customers like us. We hope that the owner of the restaurant will punish this head waiter for his behaviour, which is incompatible with a restaurant of this standing, as we were very fair with him. 05/02/2024 at 18:00: response from the restaurant, "you had the incident with the owner" in short it's worse than I thought on how to ruin the reputation of one's own restaurant and it's easier to understand why one's waiter employee was embarrassed by it. To the question "why didn't you tell us the price of the fish". His reply: "I don't announce the price because my customers will feel insulted". You amaze me ! Especially as we are not tourists but residents of the Mallorcan community and they had been recommended to us. No resident of Mallorca would have agreed to pay €120 per kilo(TVA included) for fried fish Gallo de San Pedro, even if it was fresh.

05/07/2024 : your answer is a joke : you have already written to me personally that it was the owner of the restaurant who served us and who behaved badly (bad temper, aggressiveness, insults) with us. Your restaurant is a tourist...
