Terrible service and diluted cocktails with lots of ice, even where it's not needed.

From the very beginning we were served by a friendly enough waiter, but for some reason a waitress came with a bill. We asked for separate bills and she started telling us how we have to order next time, because "I'm alone and there are many of you". When we asked her what the problem was, to split the bill, she started answering us in Russian, even though we were speaking English the whole time. And with great disdain she said to us: "Can't you pay for everything at once? Is this such a big amount for you?" Then she switched to Spanish and started telling us that we are in Spain and have to speak to her in that language, not English. When we asked for another waiter to pay the bill, she didn't want to call him and started pointing at the terminal. After refusing to pay her because of her rudeness, we finally waited for the waiter who took our order. I recommend this place only if you want to ruin your mood for the whole day. Unfortunately, some people have long since left Russia, but they carry Russian "service" and their rudeness with them...

Had New Year’s Eve menu, poor choice, no vegetarian or vegan options all meat including seafood and diary desert options. (Almost no choice for those with allergies or intolerances) Food was lukewarm, dry and over cooked. Was old the prawns would come clean (without heads) came with heads as per asked for them to be removed. Poor choice of drinks, one bottle of wine, one bottle of water and one bottle of champagne included, other drinks were extra. Extra for the kids menu with limited choice, again no vegan or vegetarian options. Original price for the night was set weeks or even months before hand, turned up and the price for the New Years menu was almost doubled, leading it to be extremely overpriced and the music throughout the night was poor (could’ve tried a bit harder).Some staff were nice and understanding but others were ignorant despite the language barrier and long wait times despite the place...

We came to eat with 5 people, at first everything was more or less, but... there are so many buts. In addition to the fact that the food is not very tasty and for example Pasta All'Arrabbiata was over-salted. So also just disgusting service. Russian-speaking waitress with white hair behaved terribly rude, to put it mildly - rude. (Important point: when we asked for the bill, we were not asked whether we wanted to pay separately or together) When the bill was brought to us, we said that we wanted to pay separately. This person, firstly, told us to count on our own, who pays how much. Secondly, she spoke to us in a very rude tone and tried to teach us. In addition, when we started counting, she told us that we could only pay in half or divide it by three. So in the end we were also counted.
