Attended this restaurant and to start off with, it looked appealing, music and a good atmosphere.

A bit slow on service to start off with and we had to ask if we could sit at a table. Eventually after being seated we got a menu to select some food. The waitress came over and wanted to take our order, we had chosen some bread for starter with different sauces, to be told they ran out of bread.

So we asked for some croquettes, when these arrived they were frozen inside and these were returned to the kitchen and changed a short time later, no issues, these things happen. The main course then arrived after a timely wait, my partner had tuna steak, which was a little rare, I ordered the chicken skewer. I thought, due to the starter being frozen still I would check the chicken. To find the chicken was half cooked. I was told they had a new chef who wasn’t very good.

I raised this to a member of staff who offered a complimentary pint, due to the inconvenience.

The bill then came, to be charged full price for everything, no apology. I raised this with staff to be told they had only been open two weeks and that they shouldn’t need to give a discount due to the fact they had given a free €3 pint.

Could be a lovely location if the standard of service and food was improved.

Tourist trap, food was horrendous, one of the worst burgers I’ve had in my life, look at Knightstriders video on this place for reference on how bad it is EDIT Seems the restaurant has replied to my review branding me a liar, sums the restaurant up! Maybe I needed to add more detail, 10mins to get a menu, 10 more mins to be offered a drink, 10 more minutes for the drinks to arrive, asked how I wanted my burger, I said well done, came rare and stone cold! Zero seasoning, completely tasteless! Partner had carbonara which came with 6 bits of what was meant to be bacon but was just pure fat. Never even got any napkins at the table.
