We are very delighted to have found this restaurant during our stay in Tenerife.

Service is excellent. The waiters are professional trained and they know exactly what to recommend!

Food is also excellent. We had 5 tapas and every single dish gave us sensational delight. The soup was surprisingly good and as an eastern Asian who doesn’t have cold soup culture I have to say I admire the perfect balance in this cold soup, both me and my partner who only eats hot food (soup) appreciate it.

The shrimps are perfectly fresh and it is the only restaurants in 3 islands I had whose seafood freshness is comparable to Eastern Asian seafood. It keeps the scent of the shrimp while adding a small pinch of herbs, I really like it.

My partner really enjoyed his stewed vegetables and baked green chilies (i don’t know the correct name) they aren’t too salty as the other tapas restaurant and he feels really well and happy after that.

I enjoy the stewed pork a lot. The sauce is very well made and paid attention to details. It’s not too salty and a little bit sweet (from bell pepper?), it is very appetizing.

We ended the meal with pudding and we both like it very much. They didn’t add any additives to the dessert, which we appreciate a lot and the pudding tasted very firm and healthy. It is like home made specialty for us.

We are very lucky to have found this spot and sincerely recommend the restaurant to you. The ambience of the restaurant is also perfect to...

Me and my boyfriend went to El Horno De Neptuno for a date last night and the experience wasn't quite what we expected.. We both ordered two tapas dishes each, he ordered seafood dishes and as I don't eat seafood, I ordered the meatballs and bravas potatoes. My two dishes were served within 20 minutes of us sitting down which was fine, however we were left waiting for his dishes to come out so we could eat together... 5 minutes or so passed and my food was getting cold at this stage so I started eating hoping his would soon be served. The waiters could see that he wasn't eating and was clearly still waiting for food. Another 10 minutes passed and I had fully finished my food, the waiters had come to take my clear plates away and still my boyfriend had not received his food. We had to call a waiter over and ask what was taking so long, he went to check with the kitchen and he did not come back to apologise for the delay, or explain that it would be another few minutes.. finally after another 10 minutes of waiting my boyfriends first dish appeared, and the other another 5 minutes later.. I was left sitting watching him eat now as he had to do when I was eating. Overall very bad experience, we should have been offered complimentary drinks or at the very least an apology for such a delay and ruining the...

Could see Nachos sitting cooked and ready on the side for over 10 mins. Unfortunately they were ours as a waiter came over, slammed it on the table, and rushed off. All the sauces had congealed together into a rank, cold, goop over some soggy nachos. The 4 of us on our table all took a bite and agreed it was disgusting and deemed it inedible. A different waiter came over, agreed, and said they would take off the bill. We come to pay the bill and it's not been taken off. We call the waiter over, he talks to a supervisor, comes back and says they can't take it off the bill. We obviously complain. He says he will check with the owner. A lady then comes over and we spend several minutes arguing with her. She says it wasn't left on the side for ages (effectively calling us all liars). She then says no one else has complained about the food (effectively calling us liars again). More obscenities and allegations are fired our way and we go in circles. They eventually removed it from the bill after we kicked up a fuss. We all left the restaurant feeling shocked, appalled and stressed. It was only a €7 dish of nachos, but that's beside the point. When things go wrong customers should be listened to and treated...

We ordered 5 tapas, I will write them from the best to the worst: 1. Spanish omelette - we loved it, it was perfectly made and big 2. Goat cheese with onion - also amazing for goat-cheese lovers, you can feel that the cheese is of high quality, you get 2 pieces of it for each person 3. Nachos - big portion, it was tasty, however a little big boring 4. Squid tentacles - small portion, no particular taste 5. King prawns with cocktail sauce - absolutely horrible - no taste, sauce is just mayo with ketchup, we were very disappointed We also order 2 aperol’s - they are big but there is a lot of ice so taste is not strong, we didnt feel prosecco. Service was ok. To sum up the place is average, where some dishes are tasty and others are terrible. I think you can eat better at this price. Also probably it’s better to drink Sangria in Spain instead of Aperol 😉

Came here for a sunset dinner and there was surprisingly no wait for a table. Probably because the weather forecasted it to rain that day. It ended up getting quite busy after we sat down and we saw a few people walk away since there was only a limited number of tables. Took us a little while to figure out what to order as there were so many tapas options! We ended up getting the 5 tapas for 30 euros, house white and cava. The highlight dish was definitely the brie toast with smoked salmon and caramelized onion but everything was super tasty. Highly recommend this restaurant for couples due to the sharing element in a romantic setting. Thank you for the very attentive service and delicious food, we will be back for sure!
