Museum of Contemporary Art — Attraction in Basel

the museum belongs to the third building of the FINE ARTS MUSEUM BASEL (KUNSTMUSEUM) it is located less than 10 minutes from the main building, next to the river, it is clearly a different exhibition than in the main building, at the time I was there it was an exhibition of contemporary female artists, i.e. mainly Andrea Büttner - The heart of relationships. It is a small museum. I'm missing a better sign, where the stairs are, where to get to the next floor, where maybe the beginning...

The Basel Art Museum | Contemporary was opened in Basel in 1980 under the name Museum für Gegenwartskunst as the first public exhibition building in Europe dedicated exclusively to contemporary art production and practice.
