horrible bar : terrible experience and honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. I strongly do not recommend this bar although it is very highly recommended, you can see once you are there that not only the waiters, but the manager are useless. I have been going to this bar for ages and every single time there is an issue. I had a reservation and on arrival they told me it is not possible to have my reservation (although previously confirmed by bar). Before we were seated we were told we can only sit for 1 hour. We wanted a light dinner and Ordered 3 salads and asked for dressing on the side. Only one came with light dressing and the other two were inedible with the amount of dressing. Sent the salads back and complained. Instead we were told that we only ordered one salad with dressing on the side. The wait time for these disgusting salads were over 45 min. The entire time were tried to get the attention serving staff but no one came to ask how the food was. We were fully charged for the two salad that was sent back. Worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Ordered a chicken sandwich which took more than 30 minutes. They gave it to the wrong table and the manager apologized to the other table for giving them the plate, but did not apologize to me. Only the waiter came to tell me that they made a mistake and I would have my sandwich in 5 minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and still no sandwich. Since I had to go to a meeting I told the waiter that I needed to cancel the order. He served a few more tables after my request and had to remind him again that I needed the check.
