Oasis Spa (Chiang Mai, Nimman) — Attraction in Chiang Mai Province

I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel that Oasis Spa should be recognised for their impeccable service standards! I chanced upon them while preparing for a restful trip to Chiangmai and to be honest I thought their prices were slightly on the high side. However I must say it was worth every penny! I had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The booking process was fuss free; I made a reservation via WhatsApp and Oasis did not require a deposit from me! They were very responsive to queries throughout the process as well. My accommodation is about 10mins away from the spa and they provided round trip shuttle service, which is really convenient for tourists like myself who otherwise would need to make and pay for other arrangements. The driver was really polite and even came earlier, waiting patiently for me at the gate! As soon as I stepped foot in the vehicle, the soothing aromatherapy and music already got me in the relaxing frame of mind to enjoy my treatment later on! The atmosphere in the spa was calm and inviting, with soft lighting, gentle music, and a soothing scent in the air. They start the experience with a nice cool drink which was refreshing. I was taken to my luxurious private treatment room which was wonderfully stocked with amenities. The massage itself was more than perfect, with just the right amount of pressure. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. Every single detail, from the warm towels, warm tea/mango sticky rice after the massage made it a truly luxurious experience. I even received a lovely little herbal compress keychain as a souvenir! A shoutout to Fairy the receptionist and Lida the therapist who took great care of me! I had a promo package near their closing hour, but at no point did I feel the experienced being rushed at all! Fairy took time to patiently explain the various aromatherapy blends and ask about my preferences. She even arranged a Grab to bring me back to my accommodation and accompanied me to the car! (Their driver probably knocked off as it was close to midnight) Lida was incredibly professional and attentive to details throughout the treatment. What struck me was how genuine the service was, and I felt that they really went out of their way to make sure it was a comfortable experience for me! All I can say is wow wow wow! They sure deserve their name! What an incredible experience from beginning to end! My hotel is 15 mins away from the Nimman Oasis spa and they provide a shuttle service to pick you up. This is so convenient for tourists like myself who otherwise would need to make and pay for other arrangements. As soon as I stepped foot in the vehicle, I experienced a soothing spa aroma and calming music that already got me in the relaxing spa frame of mind.

When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. They really know how to make you feel that they are so happy you are there!

They start the experience with a nice cool drink which is refreshing. I was taken to my spa treatment room which was wonderful. I got the 2-hour Ayurveda Package, which includes warm oil on the forehead which is relaxing, followed by an incredible head massage, then an absolutely fabous full body warm oil massage.

The experience starts by you taking a shower. I think this is not only great from a health perspective but also relaxing for the body. Pin did my treatment and honestly she was absolutely fabulous! I have had more than 10 massages since arriving in Thailand on June 1 and these hands down were the absolute best massages I have had, honestly not just iin Thailand but ever!! Thank you Pin. 🙏

After the treatment is over, you take another shower as your hair is definitely coated in oil. I felt absolutely rejuvenated!

For after your shower they have thought of everything! They have a facial cleanser, a facial moisturizer, and lip balm presented on a beautiful little tray. They provide a comb, qtips, body lotion, and a hair dryer.

When you go downstairs, you are presented with a cup of warm tea, mango sticky rice (what a fabulous and yummy surprise) and a little souvenir compress keychain.

I wanted another treatment but wanted to make sure I liked this one first. No hesitation in booking, it was more if I could book it fast enough! I am coming back in two days and I already am looking so forward to it!
