The spa was lovely. We received lovely beverages upon our arrival. The services offered looked amazing. The scrub, mud, and facial products they used where amazing. First and foremost we selected their 4 hour Paradise Oasis package. which was like $162 USD when converted. I am a massage therapist here in the states who has worked in a spa for about 6 years now. We where put in a steam room with silk robes on. We shrugged it off thinking this must be their way. The woman comes back 15MINUTES LATER with a towel and tells us that were supposed to be sitting on the towel. Why no give it to us before we went in? She tells us to shower after in the shower room across the hall, 2 shower heads only 1 HARDLY worked. We had nothing but our sweaty robes to put back on so that's what we did. We come out of the shower and waited for her to show up which she did after a few minutes with towels!! She tries to hand it to me and I asked her "why?" And I pointed to my soaking robe. So my boyfriend, as sweet as he is, took the towels and held them as we went back to the service room. Not once was my boyfriend exposed, the woman working with him knew how to wrap people appropriately. My lady (The same lady I've been talking about) takes my robe and tells me to walk to the table and get on BARE NAKED! My boyfriend was escorted to the table and properly addressed. This treatment happened to me for the body scrub, mud wrap and massage. I had requested strong pressure with the front desk and when I asked my massage therapist for pressure she was shaking to deliver a medium pressure. The facial was wipe on wipe off job. I WAS AND STILL AM SOOO...
Read moreI bought three spa packages from the on line Oasis shop with 10% DC and used two at Oasis Lana and did not return to use the third one as I was not very impressed with the first session and was not happy with my second session.
My second session was four hands massage for two hours and two masseuses massaged me for two hours. The second masseuse was junior so her skill wasn’t good. However this is not the reason I am unhappy. I was escorted to the room and was asked to take a shower and shampoo my hair before the session.
Once I entered I was literally shocked to see the shower room. That was wide open space without roof or canopy fully cover the shower yard and there was a two story house next to the yard! Also the spa does not offer head tower or medium size tower.
There is another reason I dint like this shop. The shop offers pick up and send back service like any other shops. The pick up service was great but for the send back service both times the drivers were very unfriendly. Honestly I don’t mind paying less than 100 baht out of pocket for better service to return to the hotel.
Since I already bought a voucher I can use for next 6 months I decided not to go to this shop again in Chiang Mai and will test out other shop in other city.
Actually my experience at Divana Bangkok was a lot better but could not find them in Chiangmai. Also my Thai friends recommended Oasis Lana but I regret...

The Oasis Spa has been a special part of my journey since the early days of my career in the tourism industry with the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Returning to The Oasis Spa Chiang Mai once again was an experience that felt even more remarkable than before.
What truly stood out was the luxurious service, meticulous attention to detail, and the signature warmth of Thai hospitality that remains unchanged. Adding to this was the spa’s serene, eco-friendly ambiance — a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery that perfectly complements its commitment to sustainability.
This time, I indulged in a delightful treatment that began with a gentle coconut scrub to nourish my skin, followed by a soothing Swedish oil massage that relieved tension deep within my muscles. The experience concluded with a unique facial lifting massage, specially designed in The Oasis Spa’s signature style.
For anyone who values self-care, this is an experience not to be missed — a once-in-a-lifetime indulgence that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. If you’re ever in Chiang Mai, Thailand, The Oasis Spa is a destination worth discovering.
