The rudest staff ever
I’ve never felt so disrespected or humiliated during a vacation as I did on this tourist boat tour. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing experience in Bangkok turned into a complete nightmare, all because of one unbelievably rude staff member. My group and I boarded the boat and we realized the ticket counter had given us the wrong tickets. It was an honest mistake on their part, and all we wanted to do was calmly explain the situation to resolve it. Instead, before we could even finish speaking, one of the staff members started yelling at us to “get out” in front of everyone. Her tone was aggressive, condescending, and completely unprofessional—no attempt to listen or help, just pure hostility.
This wasn’t just a minor misunderstanding; it was a public embarrassment that left us feeling unwelcome and shaken. The lack of basic customer service or empathy was astounding, especially in a country known for its hospitality. To make matters worse, no one else on the staff stepped in to de-escalate or apologize, which only added to the sense that they simply didn’t care about their customers. This single interaction ruined what could have been a highlight of our trip and left a terrible impression of Thailand’s tourism industry.

This female employee yelled at my family (a 15-year-old child) and even threatened to throw her into the water. It was incredible that this could happen in the Land of Smiles, Thailand. This female employee is a racist. She is an Asian and a Southeast Asian. Why does she only dare to yell at Asians or East Asians? There were many tourists from different countries standing near the deck at the time. This female employee only dared to vent her anger on the yellow-skinned young East Asian female tourists. She didn't dare to say a word to the stronger male tourists from the Middle East standing in the same area. Hopefully the manager of this cruise company will see this review and verify the surveillance video on the ship at the time and discipline this rude and racist employee. Please remember, the female employee, that you are also an Asian, and tourists from Asia take up the vast majority of your business.
