The Viva Patong Condo — Attraction in Patong

This is an apartment block where each flat has its own setup; we stayed in A101.

At first glance, the apartment looks impressive in photos, but several issues were not properly disclosed. The water pressure was weak, door handles were falling apart, and the kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal cutlery and plates.

The location is inconvenient if you don’t have your own car or motorbike, which made getting around difficult.

On a positive note, the ground-level apartment we stayed in had direct access to the pool, which was a nice feature. The laundry facilities in the building were affordable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, with cheap, hard mattresses and low-quality pillows that we didn’t enjoy.

We were charged 12,000 baht per night, which we found to be extremely overpriced for the experience provided.

I highly recommend the property owner to invest the money in his property to bring it to quality

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. The location was misrepresented; the listing depicted a picturesque view of a wood-line, but in reality, the view was of another person's balcony. Additionally, I was not informed about the inclusion of electricity fees until right before check-in, which was an unpleasant surprise. Basic amenities such as small towels and hand wash soaps were not available, even after a request.

Upon arrival, I encountered several cleanliness issues: there were hair follicles on the floor of the living area, the towels had a foul odor, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, the noise from nearby daytime construction was disruptive and significantly disturbed my sleep cycle. Lastly, the bathroom door did not close properly, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, these issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated, and I believe future guests should be aware of these...

Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed! Our apartment A401 was so run down and disgusting. We had mold in the bathroom as well as worn and dirty furniture and spent a lot of money on a room that didn't correspond to the pictures! When we handed over the apartment, we received it dirty; we even had hair in the fridge! Simply disgusting. Any communication with the Club Miracle administration was procrastinating and stalling, they stalled us all the time and made promises and didn't keep them. Our door had a defect and we once waited in the middle of the night for over 6 hours until 9 a.m. for the administration to open the door for us and thus lost half a day of vacation. I could write an entire book about this neglected apartment. I definitely cannot recommend apartment A401! And be careful if you have to deal with the administration of Club Miracle, things can't end well! ...
