Let me tell you about my worst "45-minute Turkish Hamam" experience.
First and foremost: This Hamam is not Turkish at all. As we entered the building, the electricity went out. I sat in a dark sauna which wasn’t warm at all, due to the electricity loss. So far, so good. Other guests who hadn’t made it to the sauna yet were offered 15 minutes more massage. 6 Asian "women" were loudly talking in front of the sauna, so there was no time for relaxing. We then got into the Hamam Bath, which was cold. Both masseuses were super unprofessional. They were constantly talking and laughing with each other. Furthermore, they were way more interested in us as guests, and it felt more like an interview instead of a quiet, relaxing massage. The scrubbing was done poorly; there wasn't a massage at all. And if they would softly touch us, it was just on one side. For example, one side of the back or one arm. At some point, I was fully exposed (no towel), and the main focus of the massage was on my butt. First inappropriate move. The masseuse was constantly telling me how cute I was. She touched my biceps and made comments which I did not understand. Inappropriate once again. When turning from belly to back, we were once again fully exposed. One masseuse pressed the towel on my genitals and smiled at me. Both masseuses once again laughed at us in a foreign (not Turkish language). While standing in front of the masseuse, while being dried, the masseuse touched my chest and verbally forced me to contract my muscles. Once again, she laughed. The Turkish Bath was ended after entering it 20 minutes before. There was no point at which I felt great. I couldn’t fully relax or enjoy the moment. While trying to relax, they asked me if I was asleep and tried to wake me up. After asking if I could get my money back, since I was scammed for €55 for 20 minutes worse bath, they said no and only offered a 2nd massage. Since I have experienced a variety of Turkish hamam baths, I feel forced to tell you about this experience. I highly recommend not going there at all. If this company changes its mind, it...
Read moreTook first package. I wish I can give 0 / ZERO score for review. We were introduced to small room barely fit with 2 massage beds. - of course massagers could not move to give massages properly.
two young girls massagers who supposed in the school. They don't have any professional massage skills at all. My body was pickled by oil. This is not the way to use oil for massage. While massage girls were talking, they had to stop massage because they can not focus on massage and talking which spent 10mins me laying down on massage bed awkward. short hair massage girl opening massage room door without any care about me and my boyfriend who were necked in the room.?! She kept opening door fully when I was necked and I know there are other customers walking around out of door?!
After ridiculous massage, changed room for bathing. Still those teenage massage girls with us. THE GIRL DOING MASSAGE FOR MY BOYFRIEND CHANGED WITH ONLY TAWELS ON HER BODY? NOT UNIFORM ANYMORE? this is not your singing practice time. Massage girl started singing when she entered. I was confused if I paid money to listen to her song practice. I can scrub myself better. Not only massage even scrub was so bad. Massage girl asked if I wanted shampoo my hair. She only washed my bang and finished? They started pouring warm water on me and my boyfriend. Everything were so in rush to finish. After they left bathing room. my hair still had shampoo, my body was still covered with oil which means even scrubbing was not done properly.
Only good thing is facility was nice. I am not sure about other massages But this experience was the worst spa...
Read moreI feel compelled to share my disappointing experience at Deep Spa Cappadocia to warn others. Firstly, I advise not to trust what the man at the reception says, as it turned out to be a complete scam. The promises of a great package were nothing but empty words.
My massage experience at Deep Spa Cappadocia was rushed and far from enjoyable. Everything felt hurried, and I was unable to fully relax and enjoy the treatment. It was a letdown considering the expectations set by the receptionist.
Furthermore, the women working at the spa had rough and unskilled hands. Their technique was far from satisfying, and it made the overall experience even worse.
Additionally, I would caution against trusting all the positive reviews for Deep Spa Cappadocia, as it appears that most of them are generated or biased. It's essential to consider genuine, honest feedback when making a decision about a spa.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against trusting the receptionist at Deep Spa Cappadocia. The rushed and unsatisfactory massage, coupled with the unskilled hands of the staff, made it a disappointing and regrettable visit. Look for alternative spas in Cappadocia, and seek reliable, unbiased reviews to ensure a truly enjoyable and...
