This is our second time staying at this hotel. Last year, everything was good, pleasant, and polite, which is why we decided to return and pay over 250 euros (!!) per night for an all-inclusive stay, only to end up with such a terrible experience. Food: The food selection has shrunk and become more monotonous. Breakfast has a tiny selection, with leftover vegetables from the day before, overly salty dishes, an omelet drenched in grease, and always unripe melons and peaches. It’s surprising that even the local sweets are a problem—they’ve clearly been sitting out too long and are dried out. The eggs are overcooked, with a blue-green tint, and dirty on the outside. The coffee is awful, and it seems the coffee machines are never cleaned. It’s difficult to get green tea when it runs out. Another oddity: the list of available drinks diminishes the closer you get to the beach. If last year you could get basic cocktails there, now you have to go to the lobby for them, which is, of course, very convenient. Or you come to lunch to find clumpy pasta, bony fish, and burgers you won’t eat because the meat is burned, the bun is soft, and there’s nothing else—no sauce, no veggies, nothing! By the way, if you’re not on the all-inclusive plan, a Corona beer on the beach will cost you 10 euros. Prices are higher than in Paris. Hilarious. Service: It’s simply awful. In the restaurant, bars, and at the beach and pool, no one greets you or says goodbye, and, of course, don’t expect any smiles. They just ignore you when you say “hello” and “goodbye,” preferring to chat among themselves and pretend you’re not there. The manager is never around, so if you have a question, request, or need, you’ll have to catch the 20 minutes when he’s at his desk. And when you finally do, he’ll talk to you as if you’re stupid. Apparently, your room wasn’t cleaned because you don’t know how to use the cleaning sign, not because the staff isn’t doing their job (spoiler: the sign was up for half the day). Cleaning: Dirty stains on the floor, tables, and sink will accompany you throughout your stay. And these aren’t the stains you left behind. When you finally find the manager and ask for your room to be cleaned properly, you’ll wait 40–45 minutes only to return to a room where the dirt is still there, and the surfaces are sprayed with cleaning solution (apparently, you’re supposed to wipe it down yourself if you don’t like how they clean). Question: what could they have been doing in the room for 40 minutes if they didn’t even wash the floors? Rooms: A lock that only works on the third try isn’t the most comfortable condition for a relaxing stay. There are cracks in the bathroom tiles, a broken switch for the water settings, rusty drying racks on the balcony, and an overall dirty balcony that probably hasn’t been cleaned since last year. Facilities: Want to relax in the sauna or hit the gym and need to leave something in the locker room? Great, but the lockers don’t have any locks, so I guess you’re supposed to bring your own from home. And when you leave the sauna and want a drink of water, there won’t be any cups next to the cooler, just a new bottle of water standing beside it. Want a drink? Apparently, you should set it up yourself! Overall impression: You come to relax and pay good money, but it feels like you’re just a bother—to the bartenders who’d rather drink tea with friends, to the bartender at the beach who’s busy on his phone, and to the restaurant staff who prefer chatting among themselves. There’s no understanding that guests are the source of income and that this could increase with tips if you’re polite and create a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a shame that the hotel has deteriorated so much. The location is great for those who enjoy evening strolls in the city and so on. The sea in the bay is clean. But we won’t be coming back, as the price-to-quality ratio doesn’t match the hotel’s star rating.

It was our second time in Antalya but the first in this hotel. Whilst there are many good things about this hotel, it is NOT deserving of the 5 stars it purports to have. We stayed for 7 nights in a side sea view room as a couple who are normally quite easy to please on holiday and have the following comments: Good points; rooms are large and have comfortable beds. The view from the restaurant area, pool and sea decks is amazing. Direct access to the sea is a major bonus, with floating pontoons and a good variety of fish to spot when snorkeling. The room cleaners are very friendly and take real pride in their work. Our room was always spotless. The bag check man (I think his name was Tarek) was very friendly and helpful. We booked an airport transfer with the online concierge and they were very helpful and the vehicle was luxurious. The spa team are lovely and very helpful. I had a massage during my time here which was wonderful. The beach bar staff are friendly and accommodating. Areas for improvement: the man at check-in was rude and unwelcoming. We were not expecting American style gushy grins and platitudes but a smile or 'how can I help' would have been better than just an abrupt, 'yes?' It felt like checking us in was a huge inconvenience to him. One wonders if he realises he works in hospitality? Food & drink: we were glad to have not booked 'all-inclusive' based on the quality of breakfast as it would have been a bitter disappointment. There was a lot of variety, salads, fruit, pastries but the hot food was bland and the quality of meats poor. The biggest let down for us was the lack of fruit juice. The 'fruit juice' (if it can be called that) was delivered by a machine that clearly just had different flavoured syrups/cordials in. We tried all 4 flavours and it ignited repressed memories of something previously drunk at a leisure centre kids birthday party in the 1990s. We later learnt that it is possible to request freshly squeezed OJ for an extra cost - which doesn't seem appropriate if they claim to be a 5* hotel. You would think coffee would be an easy one to get right but despite there being two options on offer, neither tasted like it had seen more than half a bean per cup. We know Turkish coffee can be amazing so this was a let down. We had to go and a coffee outside of the hotel because it really was very tasteless. We ate lunch at the beach bar once and it was just 'ok', stodgy and salty. It was fine for one meal but if on all-inclusive it would get very boring and bloatsome. Bathrooms, it would be good to have complimentary shampoo and conditioner, only shower gel was on offer. A final musing, we were curious how the hotel had so many 5 star reviews on tripadviser when it really is quite average but on closer imspection, all the top reviews seem to be from 'guests' who have only ever made one contribution with a generic name and photo and sometimes poor English so I'm not convinced they are all genuine.

I would try and avoid getting a room at this Ramada. Rude staff, smelly rooms. The AC was not working, mold in the ceiling near the bathroom. They dont have king beds, had joined 2 twins to make a bigger bed meaning it had a gap in the middle which was annoying. 8 year old building, needs room renovations asap. The balconey view was decent however. Road to access it is narrow which gets bottlenecked often as I found myself stuck at night. Had to reverse out into a side street, make a 5 point turn and find another route. Valet parking service was good. The only good thing was their outdoor pool and decks. You could walk down the stairs into the Medeterranean Ocean. Breakfast was okayish not the best, same menu options for 3 days that I was there! They did have fresh orange juice for extra charge. They charge everything in Euro even tho they should be in local currency of Lira? At checkout no one bothered to ask how was our stay, so you can imagine the rudeness of the front desk staff. I had to change rooms initially due to extreme mold and smelly AC which was not working. Their fix was "We will send a technic" to which I claimed health concerns over the mold and got a room change from the manager. You have to ask them where the breakfast location is and how to get there as the check in front desk staff will not tell you this. The indoor/outdoor pools are accessible through a tunnel 5 levels underground. The only person who did give us this detail was the luggage boy who was awesome, explained everything how to get where you want to go etc. Elevators are usually a waiting game as they only have a total of 4.... Overall, much better options are available and this Ramada should be avoided. Not up to the mark of the Wyndham name.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location and everyone is so friendly! We went for bed and breakfast as we wanted to go out and explore every day, lots of options for what you wanted for breakfast, and the views are amazing from the outside breakfast area. The hotel is approx 5-10 mins walk from the coast, but its also got its own private beach which we used most days. Its also only a 10 min walk from antalya old town, where you've got lots to see in terms of shopping and restaurants! I also had a Turkish bath and massage, it was amazing! (A bit expensive but it was worth it) 10/10 from me, we'll definitely be visiting again and staying here.
