I recommend finding another company to go with. I took photos on a Friday, and as of now—Monday morning—I still haven’t received them. I had booked for two people, but initially, they said they could only accommodate one person due to issues with the drone batteries. My niece got upset, and then they agreed to do both of us.
After the photoshoot, they claimed they could only find one set of our photos—the ones from the second person who had taken the pictures. They took my name and email, promising to send me the photos by the end of the day. When I called the next day because I still hadn’t received them, the lady informed me that I would have them by the end of the day on Saturday.
However, on Monday morning, I called to inquire again since I still hadn’t received the photos. She explained that she had left work on Saturday and that they don’t operate on Sundays. Now it’s Monday, and I still don’t have my photos.
This company has a large following on Instagram, which is surprising given my experience. I later discovered that there are other companies offering similar photos at a lower price with the same high quality. This company had numerous excuses and failed to deliver on time. I was not the only one experiencing issues; two other groups encountered problems as well. I suggest exploring the island first and booking once you arrive. Please don’t book in advance. This is a genuine review from a real customer.

I would like to start by expressing my gratitude for the responses I have received. This is the most feedback I have gotten from the company since Friday. Please be assured that these are genuine reviews from real customers; there is nothing fake about any of them or the individuals you mentioned who provided their honest opinions about our experience.
The reviews are just as authentic as those from Maryiam Muhammad regarding her drone issue a year ago, Samantha B. with her photography issue two years ago, Lexy Srour regarding her excursion concerns 11 months ago, or Briano Young with their exotic jet car excursion from ten months ago. I don't know any of these people and did not prompt them to leave their reviews either. A full refund was requested for services that were not completed. After many phone calls, I finally received an email from the company on Monday mid-morning. In the email, there was a zip file that I was unable to download, and I expressed my difficulty in accessing the photos. At that point, I requested a refund, stating that "this is too much to deal with."
Your FAQ section on the website clearly states that customers will receive their photos on the same day. I do not have any influence over your equipment. My advice is to avoid taking bookings if the company does not have adequate equipment to perform the job effectively.

I booked the 1 hour jet car + 20 min of drone footage for the 11 AM slot. The weather was looking a little rough so the butler from our hotel called them around 9:55 AM to see if the activity was canceled, the gentleman who answered said no, it was not canceled and told us to go ahead and go.
Again, I called again around 10:30 AM right before we called our taxi, since it started to sprinkle at this point. Again, the gentleman who answered said the activity was still on and for us to go ahead and go. I asked a few times if he was sure and he said yes.
On the way to the meeting point, we were about 2 minutes away, I got an email stating that the activity was postponed due to the weather and for me to call/email.
I replied to the email and did not receive a response so I called them and the guy asked if I could reschedule for the next day, which unfortunately I could not because that’s when we leave. They did send me a cancellation message and refund email but I ended up spending over $60 on taxi fare there and back to my hotel.
I was really looking forward to the activity which I understand why it was canceled, however I called TWICE beforehand and was assured it wasn’t canceled. So it was a huge inconvenience to pay for taxis for literally nothing. Super...
   Read moreMy family and I had a great experience with Aquaman (Davante) and his partner Cirio. We did the glass bottom kayaks. They were really great with our very young kids. We learned a ton and enjoyed Aquaman’s stories. They even took some great family pictures of us.
The two hour tour was just the right amount of informative and hands on. We saw a lemon shark, barracudas, jellyfish, lots of turtles, various other fish and some birds. You can tell the guides enjoy what they do. They tried hard to make sure we got to see as many animals as we could. This company also had the best prices. Highly recommend as people were nice from the booking to the actual tour. We booked the day before and they were able to accommodate. We felt like we had a pretty personalized experience.
Some general things to keep in mind: They do not offer hotel pick up but we didn’t have any issues finding the location on a map and driving there ourselves.
They provide bottles of water. They recommend sun protective clothing and I Would highly recommend as well as you’re completely exposed to the elements.
