First time ever in this 61st year of existence on earth, didn’t even feel the needle poking in. 😎

This is my most wonderful blood extraction experience in this lifetime. Excellent skill and the punctured skin surface closed up so fast too. Very appreciative of the professionalism and very skillful lab personnel.

Even prior to blood extraction experience, I am so amazed to the “bend-over backward” service for the Executive who handled the appointment to extract my blood. Originally it was supposed to be at my house 30km from the city but I was held back because of the unexpected series of services at the barber, Mr Abdul Basheer then arranged for the mobile team to come to where I was after the hair cut.

My interaction with Abdul Basheer and Senior lab technician Reshma Benny has been one of the most amazing and unforgettable moment of my life moving to UAE since 3 months ago!!

Honestly. I thought i would get a hard time for changing the appt time and location at a very last minute and also for the Mobile Team to locate me in the afternoon heat of 43 degree today would come up to me very frustrated because accommodating me means they have to rush to another customer. They definitely did not in anyway acted in the negative manner I had feared. Let me quote the words of Abdul Basheer, “ Sir We will never behave like that because your our valuable patients”.

This is suppose to be a professional and hygienic healthcare service. Firstly, they forget my address even though I provided it twice! Secondly, one member turns up stinking of body odour and is on the phone talking to people the whole time basically in my home…very unprofessional. Thirdly the nurse took a blood sample off an already used vein which is a big no no only to find out afterwards from a qualified doctor. Also the nurse did not have her hair tied up properly while taking the blood sample which hung down over my arm at one stage. In the end I cancelled the whole thing halfway through as it was so unprofessional and unhygienic. Do not use this service at ALL costs even if it seems convenient. Just go to a professional clinic or hospital and get it done by professionals! I now have a big bruise on my arm from a botched blood take and a house that smells...

Accuracy Plus medical laboratory is situated at MO2 level in Aster pharmacy building on Hamdan street opposite to Home Centre. We have been regularly doing our PCR tests from Accuracy lab and found to be very efficient and reliable giving quicker results. I got my last PCR results within 3 hours and that too under normal category of 40 dirhams. They also have express options to get the results faster but at a premium price of 150, 250 & 350 dirhams. There is no waiting time and the tests can be completed within minutes thus making it a comfortable experience at your convenience.
