Address Beach Resort — Attraction in Dubai

The hotel is absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. The service exceeds all expectations, with every staff member providing exceptional care and attention. The meals at the hotel are delicious and diverse, and the cocktails served at all the bars are fantastic. The room service meals are delicious. This isn’t my first stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it suits all age groups, including young adults looking to have fun, couples, families with children, and even seniors over 80. The hotel offers direct access to the beach, pools, and restaurants, making it ideal for everyone. The hotel is impeccably clean and located right on the beach in the JBR area, just a few minutes' walk from the Marina and Blue waters. Nearby, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, clubs, pharmacies, and supermarkets. Right outside the hotel, along the beachfront, there’s a long promenade, perfect for walks, and outdoor sports facilities for those who enjoy staying active. The hotel boasts several pools, and the beach is spotless and perfect for relaxation. The sea, Persian Gulf, is usually calm with no waves, you can swim all year round, and the pools are heated during the winter months. On the 77th floor, there’s a breathtaking infinity pool with stunning views, a bar, and evening entertainment on weekends, including DJs, dancers, and a lively atmosphere. I stayed in room 1410 with a sea view and had the most wonderful experience. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible staff who made my vacation perfect. First and foremost, Merlen, the manager, is highly professional, charismatic, and empathetic. He solves any issue quickly and efficiently. I was thrilled to meet him again during my second stay here. The reception team, including Hesham and Jamal, remembered me from my previous visit and ensured every little detail was taken care of upon my arrival. Special thanks also go to reception team, including Theresa, Vera, Ashraf, and Khaled. Also, thanks to Azar, who not only assisted with my luggage but also took beautiful photos for me. Azar, in particular, is polite, endlessly patient, and incredibly empathetic. Zeshan, Alpha and Loreen also provided outstanding assistance. The housekeeping service went above and beyond all expectations. The team was attentive and caring, ensuring my room was immaculate and always anticipating my needs. Their proactive approach makes them an invaluable asset to the hotel. Special thanks to Pabin, Kajol, Loreen, Lester, Mukesh, Anandu, Saad, Ajay, Teddy, and Vithanage, their warmth, efficiency and willingness to assist left me with an amazing feeling that they care. A huge thank you to Pabin, Hesham, and Lester, they are truly elevated the room service experience. They are exceptional, their commitment to providing perfect service is evident in every interaction, they are also always patient, very professional and always smiling. Kajol, a rare and remarkable individual, left a lasting impression with her hardworking nature, attention to detail, and dedication to maintaining the highest standards. Marvin, the housekeeping team manager, is professional, polite, committed to ensuring everything is perfect and also ensuring that guests feel valued and cared for. At all the hotel’s pools and the beach, the service is outstanding. The staff provides complimentary water, fresh towels, and are always attentive, friendly, and detail oriented. It’s a level of service that’s truly rare. I’d like to personally thank Binod, Lester (whom I remembered from my previous stay), Laxman, and Somen at the 77th-floor pool. The pool team at the ground floor is also exceptional, including Anil, Motiram, Osman, Aayushman, and Rajin, as well as Sulfikkar and Subhajit at the beach entrance. Room service was also excellent, with Jason taking my orders and Glenn delivering them to my room promptly and with care. Thanks to these amazing people, my vacation was truly perfect. Stayed here for a week between the 1st and 8th August 2024. Located at the top of JBR, this rectangular hotel stands out massively with its hollow middle section.

Location - great, situated at the end of the JBR. You can easily go down the Walk and beach. It is also very easy to get to Bluewater Islands opposite as the footbridge is right outside the hotel.

Hotel - spotless and very modern/high-tech, the rooms are spacious and most of it is controlled by a tablet (TV, lights, AC), housekeeping comes twice a day. TV has loads of channels in all languages and also you get iron, hairdryer etc in the room. Massive comfortable beds, however they provide feather pillows which were a bit soft for me but they were happy to swap out for foam pillows on request. The bathroom was nice, his and hers sinks, a big bath and separate shower, the toilet is also separate. One minor complaint is the toilet hand held water spray is too powerful for use, maybe put an adjustable tap on these so you can reduce the pressure of the spray. Sea view room was fantastic, being on the 15th floor, you could see the big wheel of Bluewater Islands, the Palm and Burj Al Arab hotel all from the window.

Pools - very good, think they have 3 downstairs and then the jewel in the crown which is the infinity pool on the top floor, which is just stunning and provides magnificent views of the Palm etc, note that pools here close at sunset (7pm) however the infinity pool has recently been extended opening until 10pm now so very nice to go cool down on an evening taking in the views.

Restaurant - only had the breakfast option but I can't fault this, they had eggs done in various ways and cooked to order, along with self serve breakfast which catered for all tastes and had a wide variety of items including a lot of healthy options.

Staff - brilliant, everyone we met was happy, polite and always said hello and greeted you with a smile and we stopped to talk to most of them. From the valet guys to the cleaners to the restaurant staff they were all brilliant, helpful and would go out of their way if you needed anything. I even witnessed a snobby guest being rude to one of the restaurant greeters for no reason at all and she just smiled and took it in her stride and continued her duties with a smile, we checked if she was ok afterwards and she said it does happen sometimes and she's learnt to deal with it. You can imagine due to the price/upmarket type of the hotel it will attract a certain type of clientele like this on occasions.

I recently stayed at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai for a week, and it was an exceptional experience.

Check-In Process: The check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The front desk staff were efficient and made the process hassle-free, ensuring a great start to my stay.

Room Quality: I stayed in a disabled accessible room then in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. The suite was immaculately clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a luxurious bathroom and a cozy seating area. The disabled accessible room had a good size bathroom with a walk in shower and all the rails and seat fitted and a panic button available. Also a very spacious room to allow room for my wheelchair access.

Amenities: During my stay, I had the pleasure of using the spa for specifical treatment. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The hammam was amazing. The hotel's location on The Walk JBR offers easy access to a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

Service: The service at Address Beach Resort was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and hardworking, consistently going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Whether it was the housekeeping, front desk, or spa staff, everyone displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness.

Positives: The Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and offered fantastic views. The disabled room was well fitted with everything in the room suiting to my needs The spa experience, particularly the Hammam treatment, was outstanding. The staff’s dedication and helpfulness significantly enhanced my stay.

Negatives: I encountered no issues during my stay, and there are no areas for improvement that come to mind no matter how hard I think where changes need to happen.

Overall Impression: My overall impression of the Address Beach Resort was very good. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-tier amenities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
