Ok. It was time to change my review from 5 stars to 1.

Dear salon owner Svetlana. I would want to tell you a lot of things but publically I will only say you are absolutely unprofessional, bad behaved, unethical business “owner”, that would never care about anyone else but herself. I really wanted to come and tell you that into your face, however I realized that someone with your attitude doesn’t deserve my time.

The story: I loved the salon, I loved the work of employees, BUT she fires them every month and doesn’t pay them salaries. (One ex employee sued her but others are not bothered anymore). She promises her employees UAE visas that she never makes. She is making scenes in front of customers (and me myself working in customer service - YOU NEVER DO THAT). Poor Anett, lady who keeps the place clean, I can’t count how many times she has gotten on top of her head.

Every time I visited salon there was a new employee because “one left”, “other had family issues”, that all was a lie, they all actually left (were fired) because of the owner. On top of that she makes reception ladies to fire them instead of herself. And guess what, as soon as I liked someone and I trusted my nails or hair to, next visit this person was not there anymore.

people DONT like to change their manicure and hair professionals every visit. I had to run around Dubai to find your ex hairdressers, because I’m definitely not doing my hair with you, Svetlana. Maybe you are a good hairdresser, but you are definitely not the right “owner”, so maybe it’s time to go to something you are maybe good at.

People left russia for things you promised them and never gave. It’s time for you to get it.

And if you reply to me “relationships between employees are to kept and dealt between themselves” (as you said to me once already), then maybe you should think more how they act in front of customers. At the end of the day it’s not between “you” because your clients are the ones suffering. ✌🏼

Worst manicure experience so far

Think twice before you visit If you don't speak russian.

The nail specialist has bad attitude .Rolling eyes to customer .No apologies No smiles at all ,not even showing a bit of sorry when accidentally cutted your flesh which was quite painful.

2.skills are bad . Constant hot burning sensation on your nail bed while getting my old gel removed which is quite irritating. Keep rotating my arms violently while getting the best angle for her comfortable position to work.

3.language barrier issue.most of nail specialists don't speak english,at least the one I met don't speak. Communication is zero ,google translation APP is definitely needed.

4.service recovery is a joke. i ended up paying extra dirhams than what I suppose to pay ,just because another nail specialist was sent to fix my awful nails done by the first specialist and i wasn't been informed of this before they sent her .

This salon use to be really good for nails, but the last few times I went I just got more and more disappointed. Last month I had to wait more than half hour after my appointment and no one come to explain what was going on. Plus my nails keep breaking a week or two after leaving the salon and this time was not different. Before I live the salon I saw that my nails were full of bubbles and when I mention to the artist she said that was normal and if I wanted she could fix it but it will take a long time, so I end uo leaving because one of my nails was really in pain from how much she filled. Later on I saw how they are assimetric. And now has been 2 weeks and the corner of my nails are completely without hard gel and one of them is complete broken from the sides.
