As a devoted chocolate enthusiast with a deep appreciation for luxury indulgence, my journey through Hotel Chocolat's collection has been a delightful exploration of flavour, quality & indulgence. From the opulent Chocolate Cabinet to the sophisticated Chocolatier's Table and the extravagant Ostrich Egg, I've had the pleasure of experiencing every offering this esteemed chocolatier has to offer. However, my only criticism lies in the consistency of their range over the years. While the classics remain timeless and delightful, it would be refreshing to see new additions, particularly within the more luxury collections. Adding new products every so often would definitely improve the chocolate experience and provide loyal customers like myself with exciting new flavors to savour. Nevertheless, Hotel Chocolat remains a pillar of chocolate excellence, consistently delivering exceptional quality and flavours. It remains a top choice, offering a tantalizing array of delights to satisfy even the most selective chocolate connoisseurs...

Been to so many places they don't do that... Was nice and then the quality of the products was incredible.

I was a little annoyed that their were no samples or you know something to try but I also understand why. Maybe my own cravings lol 🤣.

But fantastic selection, I can only have alcohol and gelatin free, so she was brilliant in showing me the range of products available. Told me about the card and gave me a sample of 🍦 ice-cream which is georguous by the way. Deffo worth it. Your gonna pay £3.50 for what they call a 99 now from the ice cream van pay and extra forty or something pence and you get this bad boi tasting ice cream.

Anyways overall really nice small clean store with high end quality chocolates. Perfect for a gift...
