I rang this place on Wednesday this week to ask about trade in on Pops SOMETHING THEY CLAIM TO OFFER, I was told that the only time to do this would be between 2 and 3 on Saturday as that’s when they would have enough cash in the till, I arrived to a barely busy store and was informed by a horrible member of staff that they wouldn’t be able to take any pops as they where “too busy “ this is the third time I’ve attempted to ‘trade pops in’ something they claim to have an offer for, I couldn’t imagine going into a CEX or any other retailer that offers trade in and be turned away this is absolutely disgusting and clearly a disguise for I can’t be arsed to do it, if this review is replied too I would like the email for head office to take this complaint further as trying to go into the...

It's a nice shop but your gundam kits are way too expensive, most of them are double the price of online retailers and it's just not worth it even though I'd much prefer to support an actual physical store.

I often walk in expecting to spend money on some kits but almost always walk out empty handed because I just can't justify £35 for a high grade that sells for £17 online.

The only kits I end up buying from here are the SD gundam and even those are overpriced by quite a lot.

I can't really give this place anything other than 1 star, the shop is pointless to me if it's so unreasonable with it's prices that I can't spend money even if I want to. Don't blame the customers if you go out...

The customer serivce (if it can be defined as that) is poor, always made to feel like a bother, they always seem more concerned with their own conversations and personal life situations than doing their actual job, staff are inexperienced, taking items off you to scan and then not even telling you the total at the end of the transaction then expecting you to pay, on a seprate ocasion they slam Pokemon Card packs down on the counter when I just paid for them, not a great place to go if your a collector who likes things in good condition.
