Kitch Hair — Attraction in London

Fantastic, highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and there were some incredibly cute dogs to befriend too (they weren't insistent about it, if you're not a dog person don't worry). The haircut I received is absolutely beautiful, I'm so pleased with it.

Matt is super knowledgeable and kind, he really listened to what I wanted & needed, explained his decision process and checked in with me during the cut to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. He was happy to chat but didn't force small talk, and he was gentle in handling my hair and scalp. An artist of his craft.

I'm in my 30s and my experience at Kitch was the first time I've ever enjoyed a salon visit, also the first time I've immediately liked a haircut. Previously at other places it's been a matter of getting used to it over a few days/weeks, or altering it myself after, but at Kitch I felt very seen & heard, really enjoyed watching Matt work, and loved the result even before he'd finished. Hairdressers and barbers generally make me very anxious but I felt at ease quickly here. It's also beautifully decorated with fun music playing.

I booked my appointment at Kitch Hair Angel two weeks in advance for a specific silver–platinum colour. On the day, I was told the result wouldn’t turn out as I wanted and that I’d need to come back a few days later — with the price dramatically higher than originally discussed.

When I first booked, the stylist assured me it could be done. On the appointment day, I was told by Luca that the stylist who confirmed this “is the reason we let go of him,” which is frankly not my problem as a paying customer. I had rearranged my busy schedule for this appointment and expected honesty and transparency from the start, not a last-minute change and a huge price jump.

The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If a service can’t be delivered as promised, that should be made clear before booking or appointment — not after the customer has already committed their time. I also request that my personal information be deleted from your system...

After tracking Luca down (having last seen him in 2018) I am beyond thrilled with my new hair cut. He somehow created the 'birds-nest' I walked in with into a sleek manageable sexy style. Not only is Luca a hair magician, but he listens to what you ask for and he takes the time to talk you through the process and offer you a comprehensive consultation. He really cares about what he is doing and it is clear that he is passionate about making you, as the client, feel f-a-b-u-l-o-u-s.

The salon is immaculate - quirky colours, super clean, with a brilliant trendy modern ambience (including Mr Scott and Gaston!). The location is easy to get to (via car, tube or bus) and you are made to feel warm and welcomed as soon as you step foot inside.

I would highly recommend either Luca or Scott - both have their specialties - you will not be left disappointed.
