It is absolutely unimaginable experience. Unforgettable. While the reception tried their best to smooth it out, it seems like the massage specialists are an absolute joke.

The booking experience was good, the design and the location are great.

Before starting the massage, Evelyn stormed into the room couple of times when I was naked, setting the mood for some proper adventure. She knocked, but i didn’t even have a chance to ask her to wait, before she opened the door.

Two problems in the massage room: I entered with my outdoors shoes into the room and I didn’t want to walk barefoot. Hence, I put one of the towels in front of the bed on floor. Later, I would be confronted by Evelyn, claiming that it’s unbelievably rude and I should have asked for slippers (bare in mind, it’s the first time I hear about that option)

This is something completely new, I have never seen a reputable massage place with paper towels on the massage bed (please see the video attached). When i sat on that construction before lying, i realised that it breaks up and there will be a direct contact between my skin and the multi use towels underneath (Evelyn assured me its being changed in the morning, meaning that just 7 people could have touched it with their bodies before me).

At this point, I had a very limited interaction with the therapist. I asked her whether it’s possible to use a clean linen on top and what happens after is pure history. I am accused of “disrespecting” her and being unreasonable.

If she simply said no, I would have accepted my fate and just did it still. But she decided to launch a proper drama accusing me of something, I have never done.

End result - No massage, absolutely terrible experience, disappointed in the place which i was looking to visit for a quite sometime, because of the good reviews.
