Stratford Shopping Centre Affordable Essentials in the Heart of East London. Located directly opposite the modern Westfield Stratford City, Stratford Shopping Centre offers a more down-to-earth and budget-friendly shopping experience. Serving as a vital hub for local residents and commuters, the centre provides a variety of essential retail options and services. As of the latest available information, the centre hosts over 60 retail units, including both national chains and independent retailers. Here’s a selection of stores you can find: • Supermarkets & Essentials: Sainsbury’s, Iceland, Poundland, Wilko, Lituanica (Eastern European supermarket). • Fashion & Footwear: Primark, JD Sports, Shoe Zone, Peacocks, Evans, Claire’s. • Health & Beauty: Boots, Superdrug, Holland & Barrett, The Body Shop, Specsavers, H.Samuel, Warren James Jewellers. • Technology & Services: CeX, EE, O2, Vodafone, The Money Shop, Barclays, HSBC, Halifax. • Food & Drink: McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Subway, Greggs, Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Taco Bell, Wendy’s. • Others: Card Factory, The Works, The Perfume Shop, British Heart Foundation, Market Village (featuring various independent stalls). Please note that store listings can change over time. For the most current information, it’s advisable to check the official Stratford Shopping Centre website or contact the centre directly. The centre features a single-level, indoor layout with a central thoroughfare that connects Stratford Broadway to Stratford Station. This design makes it a convenient shortcut for commuters and a practical stop for quick shopping needs. The atmosphere is typically bustling, reflecting the diverse and vibrant community it serves. While the centre offers a range of shopping options, some visitors have noted that certain areas could benefit from more regular maintenance and cleaning. Efforts to improve these aspects would enhance the overall shopping experience. Stratford Shopping Centre is easily accessible via public transport, with Stratford Station (serving the Underground, Overground, DLR, and National Rail) just a short walk away. Multiple bus routes also serve the area, and there is on-site parking available for those driving. Stratford Shopping Centre remains a practical and affordable destination for everyday shopping needs. Its convenient location and variety of stores make it a valuable resource for the local community. While it may lack the modern flair of newer shopping complexes, its focus on essential retail and services ensures it continues to meet the needs of its patrons.

One of the best places to shop in London, Stratford Centre at the first sight feels like a small place while entering but once entered it opens up so many avenues for an avid shopper that one day is not sufficient to go through all the shops and things this place has got on offer. There is Sainsbury, Lidl, Poundland, Shoezone, Blue Inc., Sports Direct and many more other brands. If one feels short of cash, there is HSBC and Barclays banks available as well within the shopping arena. There are local stores which are set up in the middle area of the mall which sells fresh fruits and vegetables, clothes, watches, Bags, flowers, cakes, etc., which are a good bargain shops. As we venture in we find a very big area called Village inside the shopping mall which further has close to 100 shops (small and big) which sells Electronic items like Mobile, tablets, etc., Travel Bags, wallets, Household decorative and utility items, Fashion store, clothes, loads of eateries, beauty saloons, etc., One gets lost while roaming inside :-) Further as we go out from either the east / north side there are shops set up on the footpath which are again offering a variety products like Ladies Purses, Watches, Jewellery, Shoes, etc., With all these places to shop around, one is definitely going to feel hungry and the Subways, Burger king, McDonald's, Costa and couple of restaurants on the first and second floors cater to the taste buds and satisfies the hunger :-) A must visit place if one wants to get a satisfaction of good shopping.

Plenty of food choices, especially Halal options! We kinda fell in love with this place as there are a lot of Halal food options, from raw to even cooked food. Let's dive in! Location: Right beside the train station, probably 1 min, if you walk For a normal pace. We love that this place is near to the bus station and carparks as well. Amenities: Omg, the food choices was by far, the most in any Mall here in London. There are supermarkets inside as well. And these are just some of the amenities within the mall. There are more options on the outside, eg, a hotel where stayed, diners and more!! Outlook: The interior looks Abit mixed of new and old. There are signs of wear and tear too. At the same time, due to lesser human traffic at some parts of the mall, some shops are closed. Well, being a Muslim, we definitely would look forward to stay around this area again. With a variety of options, what's not to love being here.. will surely come back here to stay if we are returning to London again 🥳🥳 All in all, we very much recommend Muslim tourists to go over and check the place out. Cheers!
