Questi giardini sorgono a ovest rispetto all'albert Memorial. Sono meravigliosi sono molto colorati, profumati e variegati. Inoltre ci dono piante e arbusti notevoli. Hanno una forma rettangolare, la parte centrale è costruita da un passaggio su ghiaietta e due rettangoli laterale che contiene la flora.
