Heads up. The pool is not in service and likely won’t be for awhile. If you have kids and want to swim call them first. I would say the building is really in need of updates. The rooms feature fluorescent lights and the bathrooms make that horrible loud fan noise while in there. The bathrooms really are rusty and kinda gross. The room itself is not terrible. The saving Grace is the service. The woman at the front is really lovely and is happy to help you with whatever you need. So the employees and service here really make this place nicer than it is. I would say when I walked in I was impressed by the state of the lobby. When I pulled up I was pretty worried because there is nothing that makes this property stand out as beautiful or welcoming. It’s across from the local mall and has that kinda run down outside look. So when I walked in and it smelled nice and was pretty I was really happy. Then I stepped in the elevator which isn’t exactly up to the standard of the lobby. The rooms are tiny and the plugs on the beds don’t actually hold chargers. The tub has rust on the bottom where the drain is and the caulking was mostly done around fixtures. You won’t hate it but your not going to say wow good call on this place either. It is a solid 2-3 star place and it’s clean which is not always the case. Also the windows are filthy and you can’t even really see out of them. (Filthy from the outside so this isn’t a housekeeping concern is a management issue). I appreciate they updated walls in the room but I always hate when they dress things up without addressing the bathrooms. People care about the bathroom as much as the room.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. I was here on business when I first checked into my room. First room had black mold on ceiling (see pic). I requested I switch rooms and was placed in a “better room”. As I inspected the room for cleanliness, I found an open needle syringe with what appears to be drug paraphernalia in a bottle cap under the mattress. This absolutely should not have happened. I’m relived no children were in that room because they could’ve poked themselves with a dirty needle. I notified the front desk and Dan was very apologetic and stated I could speak to the GM the next day. I spoke to GM next day and she initially said she couldn’t find anything in that room. I told her it was under the mattress and she said, “oh my gosh, okay I thought it was under the bed.” I asked about being compensated for this dangerous stay and I asked for a couple nights free. She refused stating, “we are only allowed to give a max of 10,000 points.” I replied, “Okay, well can you at least let me bring my small pet dog for free the rest of my stay.” GM refused and only offered to cover the pet deposit but I will have to pay daily for my pet. The customer service is very poor in regards to being compensated for almost being injured by a dirty needle that should’ve been found. GM did not seem to care much about the issue. I will be forwarding pics to OSHA and corporate so this won’t ever happen again to anyone. This situation could’ve ended very badly to someone else.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spotless, and the common areas were just as immaculate. It’s clear the staff takes great pride in keeping the place looking its best. Speaking of the staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. A special shoutout to Leah—she was by far the most helpful and kind person I met during my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Another huge plus is the location. The hotel is super convenient to a ton of amenities—restaurants, shops, and local attractions are all just a short walk or drive away. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, you can’t beat the convenience. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t be disappointed!
