Title: A Fantastic Experience at Cliff’s Amusement Park
Review:
I recently visited Cliff’s Amusement Park with my family and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The park left a lasting impression on me, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fun-filled day of entertainment.
One aspect that immediately caught my attention was the exceptional cleanliness throughout the park. From the immaculate bathrooms to the well-maintained water park area and the amusement park itself. It’s evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring a clean and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Speaking of the water park and amusement park, both sections were fantastic. The water park was refreshing and provided a great escape from the summer heat. The slides were thrilling, and the cleanliness of the pools was commendable. As for the amusement park, all the rides were in operation, providing a wide range of excitement for visitors of all ages. The only minor disappointment was the temporary closure of one ride, but it didn’t detract from the overall enjoyment.
One aspect that stood out was the pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. Despite the number of visitors, there was no sign of any rough crowd behavior. The park’s management and staff deserve credit for maintaining a family-friendly environment where everyone could enjoy their time without any concerns.
Lastly, I must mention the staff members who were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring an enjoyable experience for guests added an extra layer of satisfaction to our day at the park.
Overall, Cliff’s Amusement Park provided my children with an unforgettable experience. From the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities to the wide selection of rides, tasty food, and friendly staff, every aspect exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, Cliff’s Amusement Park is a must-visit destination for families and individuals seeking a fantastic and enjoyable...
Read moreI love this place but they REALLY need to do something about the people who work at the front when you first walk in to scan your tickets.
Before entering we were search by security, no big deal. A family member of mine had a canteen water bottle, and they said we aren’t allowed to have those kinds of water bottles. Again no big issue we understood. My family member went to go back to the car to put into our vehicle, and the security guard said “you guys can wait behind our table while you wait for her to put the water bottle away and not have to wait in line again.” We thought okay awesome it shouldn’t take long.
Well this young worker, didn’t catch her name by the way, came up to us and started yelling at us to get in line. When we explained the security guard told us to wait in the spot we were at for our family member she rolled her eyes and walked away. About 30 seconds later she comes up to us again saying we couldn’t stand where we were standing because it will “cause confusion.” As we were about to explain ourselves for the SECOND time that their security guard told us to wait in the spot we were standing, she got real rude with us and YELLED “do you want me to get my supervisor” Like come on now, we were there as a family doing what the SECURITY GUARD told us to do and we get yelled at by worker threatening to grab her supervisor????? And that was BEFORE YOU WALK INTO THE PARK. Getting yelled by a worker and being threatened to get a supervisor involved for AGAIN doing what the security guard told us to do BEFORE entering a theme park really puts a damper on your visit. Keep in mind we aren’t those typical “Karens” we were doing what we were told to do first by the security guard. If you hate your job that much, quit! Don’t ruin other’s visit that we paid for with hard earned money because you hate your job. Do...
Read moreDon’t come to this park if you or your friends are disabled. I attended Cliffs with two friends, one of whom requires a wheelchair. To start, most of the queue lines are very inaccessible, and far too narrow for a wheelchair to fit through. We asked if we could use the back way. We were told we needed to go up to the service desk and “prove that he had a disability” at which point my friends were given green wristbands to show to the ride attendants. We asked if we could have a third, and they refused, saying that only my friend and their “caretaker” could have them. They would not let us all on the ride together, rather my friends would wait at the exit, and I would go back through the 40 minute queue entirely alone, and we’d try to time it so we could ride together. Every single one of these rides had room for a 3rd person, but I was not welcome to join them. To be perfectly clear: We did not request the green wristbands because we wanted to skip the line. We requested the green wristband because there were stairs in almost every queue, and the ones that didn’t have stairs were all of 2 feet wide. There was maybe one wheelchair-accessible ride queue in the entire park. I came to Cliffs to hang out and have fun with my party and I spent several hours totally separate from them because a disabled person dared to have two friends. I am not the type to leave bad reviews. I only say this as a warning to any other disabled people: This park does not want you here. I do not blame the ride attendants, but the park policy desperately needs to be fixed. Make the park wheelchair accessible, or reconsider the terms. Extremely...
