Game X Change — Attraction in Alexandria

This store is horrible. First, do not sell them your games, you will average about 13 percent of what they sell it for, I understand they need to make money, but that is practically theft. The staff has Zero customer service skills. You will have to go talk to them to get help, you could sit there for an hour starring at them and they would never ask you if you need help. There is an African American woman that I assume is the manager or regional manager that is so rude I refuse to go in there if she's there. She talks on the phone all day and will not help to check out customers or help you, and when she or if she finally does help you she's very passive aggressive and rude. Not to mention she's half naked and you will see butt Crack most of the time, it's disgusting. The staff will stand behind the register when she's there or not and make nasty fulgur jokes or racist jokes all the time. There's horrible emo/rock music playing at full blast all day long, it's so loud you can't hear them ask questions to you or even make a phone call. Again though, the biggest issue is the awful prices they pay for your games, especially retro. You will get about 13 percent of what it's worth, just go on eBay and sell them or make a Facebook ad, don't let them practically steal your game from you. Stay far far away from this place unless you absolutely can't find a game for cheaper anywhere else, and even then, send a friend or something to do it for you so you wont have to deal...

Had gone here with a friend of mine whom had lets say about 45 old baseball cards and wanted to sell them,also had about 12 football cards. Mind you all ungraded..The employee told a new employee it's your turn on cards and just let him learn all alone without any help except the computer so 2 and half hours later my friend comes out hands me 8bucks said well that's all they bought was one of your football cards and wanted to give him less than 2 bucks for his cards. Needless to say don't go there unless you have graded cards and we'll just don't go there period with cards to sell. I'm banned from the store I was told but for no reason given and I contacted corporate office several times leaving vm after VM no return call and unreturned emails as to why I'm banned which makes no sense I've only sold my...

I've had the best and worst on this one. Its a Greta place to go and pick out cheap used movies and games(like a Hastings, God rest his soul😭). However there is no way to look up a game or movie on the computer, you just have to find it, it is alphabetized but its still a pain. Also the staff seems to lose the discs (they don't keep certain things in cases but instead behind the counter) so when I go to check out my 8 or 9 movies and they can't find half of them, which meant losing a discount I was hoping to get, I just left. Also, the wait is terrible, on more than one occasion the workers were so bust chatting with friends they couldnt be bothered to keep the line going and deal with actual customers.
