i want in on dec 23rd with 3 of my fends and started looking at product as. When we walked in we were greeted by a worker and she asked if we needed help finish anything. we said no and kept looking. after a few minutes we were looking at the brow stuff and another worker asked if we needed anything, we said no again and kept looking at the brow gels. not even a minute after another worker came up to us and asked us the same thing. this happened with 3 more workers in less than 2 minutes. Then we saw that the workers were togehther and we’re painting at us while taking. Candice ( dark skin, tall, THE MANAGER) kept giving us weird looks and flowing us around with another worker (don’t know the name but she was a white female, blond hair brown roots, skinny and not that tall) was also following us. We had more workers ask us if we needed help with anything. After my friends payed for her stuff and we were leaving we saw the white female looking at us and when we walked out of the store she callled Candice over and painted at us like we did something. We found that weird so me and one of the girls walked back in to asked if we fed something. When we went and asked the bling girl if we did something in bc she said let me get a manager, and when she was calling she said , “the girls” are back. A manger came and we asked her if we did something she said that they were just talking and that it was just “costumer service” She also said that they were allowed to talk and that they were not pining at us. She also said that they had cámaras , that was really unnecessary because we didn’t do anything so so cámara wouldn’t scare us. After that we just walked out and one of our friends mom when and talked to them. the MANAGER told her the same thing and never told us why we were called “the girls”. SO HORRIBLE COSTUMER SEVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND AND REALLY BAD WORKRS. SEPHORA YOU NEED SOME NEW NICE AND...
Read moreNormal great products. I was asked if I needed anything by the manager, I expressed my request of something good for more mature skin. She asked an associate to help me who couldn’t have been over 22. At no point did I feel welcome and when we were done they literally just walked away. I honestly thought they were coming back and I waited but apparently we were done working together. I asked about another product from another staff and the attitude was pretty consistent across the board. Not rude but not interested in helping me. It was a vulnerable experience in the first place to talk about how I felt about aging and then I was treated like less than. It was so uncomfortable. I think you’ll be fine in there if you look a certain way or are under 30. I just moved to the area and was so excited to see a Sephora after being in a town for 7 years that didn’t have one. I really really hope the main store (outside the mall) is kinder and more thorough with customer service. It was an opportunity to help someone feel good about themselves through your knowledge and skills… No one should ever tolerate being made to feel like they don’t matter.
Edit* - I posted this BEFORE reading the other reviews. HOW has nothing improved? Your staff DO NOT care about helping people. It’s like you don’t want to stay in business. I don’t get it. Stores, even popular ones, shut down all the time. There’s a Sephora store nearby that is stand alone and I am hoping that will be better. Stop treating people the way you do. The staff and owners should be ashamed of these reviews. And for the employee that keeps posting responses, people aren’t all going to email you after they have already posted on here. It seems you are wondering what store. It is the Sephora in the North Point mall in Alpharetta, GA. It doesn’t matter what date and time because based on these reviews it is a store wide and staff...
Read moreI went to a Sephora in north point mall on December 23rd and was shopping with my friends and I understand that customer service is asking customers if they are finding everything but it was strange that right as one person left the next one came and asked and we were just looking around like every other customer. We were a little uncomfortable because there were like 5 people coming up to us in 2 minutes. They kept coming up to us and I think they thought we were stealing even though we had no reason to. One of my friends was looking at skincare and someone went up to her and asked and once she said she was fine the worker just stayed there and just about all the workers came up to us. When my friend checked out we went to leave the store and when we walked outside we saw a worker shake her head at us call over another worker and point at us and talk. When we went to confront that worker she said it was a manager problem and said “the girls are back” when we talked to the manager I asked if we did anything wrong and she said “thats called customer service” and were were like we know but why did you point at us and she was like well we can talk we were like okay then we told my mom. Not long after we went back with my Mom and the manager started acting nicer and when we brought up the issue about “the girls” and why they would call us that if they weren’t talking about us and blew off my question and another question that my friend made on why it would be a manager issue if we didn’t do anything. I am upset that they wouldnt tell us the truth and how they were obviously pointing at us and I would much rather know what I did wrong then be talked about. I will most likely not come back to this Sephora and the main person that was talking about us was the manager and a white lady with dyed light blonde hair and...
