Elite Barber Studio Inc — Attraction in Altamonte Springs

There is talent in this shop, with zero time management. It would appear that the majority of barbers do not make appointments, upon arrival you make take a number and have a seat. Imagine the DMV..except more often than not they do not call in numerical order. I have personally sat up to two hours on a Saturday morning waiting for a cut. I thought I was lucky when I found a barber who took appointments, I was wrong. My first "appointment" make a week ahead of time, upon arrival was informed that my barber forgot to write my name is my time slot and there would be no room to fit me in today. I understand mistakes happen so okay, let's try this again (reschedules for 5 days later). Upon arrival at appt #2 (by this time my hair looks crazy after two weeks of no cut) I am informed that I was scheduled at an incorrect time and there would be no room for me today. Suggestion if you plan to visit this shop: clear your schedule, meetings, etc take the entire day off and be prepared to sit, wait & hope you didn't have anything else...

I have been here almost ten times and always give 20$ which is more than what they were asking I was very disappointed when the last time I went and used a card for just a simple edge up. Several hours later the barber tipped himself 4 dollars on top of what I payed. He basically stole from me. I will never go back to that store again. Especially sad since I always tip and then to get money stolen from me is terrible. And now instead of reaching out to me like a professional to ask what happened the owner comes on here and says it's impossible to steal when I have uploaded a screen shot of the tip amount that your barber tipped himself. After our regular barber moved out of town we, my son and I, were nervous about finding a new barber and shop to call home during a pandemic. After doing some research, Elite was on top of the list. Juan, was who I blindly scheduled an appointment with online, turned out to be a stand up guy with a great work ethic and even greater with my 3 year old. I'd recommend Elite to anyone, to use any of the professionals in the shop, as I see everyone leaving fresh and with a smile. The shop is clean, comfortable and gives a home vibe as all the professionals seem to treat it as if they were at home. One of the bigger aspects that really gathered my feelings, is the immense about of care of sanitizing the barber's stations and shop, my son is asthmatic and with the risk of Covid-19 floating around, I am pleased each barber takes the time to fully sanitize before and after each haircut.
