Came to this location a week ago with my mom and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously (She gave a 5 star review here). I was so excited to show my wife this restaurant that we made plans to visit the following Sunday. It was busy, as it was Father's Day, and we are always understanding. We were sat pretty quickly but it took a while for our server to greet us. We put our orders in and received our drinks and food in a timely manner. The issue comes afterward. Our nacho appetizer had almost no sour cream, little chicken, and most of the chips did not have cheese. We were able to still eat them, especially since we were hungry and our server hadn't checked on us. When it came to our entrees, my pizza had a hard crust (unbreakable) and was inedible and my wife's burger was overcooked and dry. She also had some wet substance soaking the bottom of her bun from the plate side, with no sauce on the actual burger. Our drinks needed refilling and we had food not being touched. We sat for almost 30 minutes like this, watching our server and the on-duty manager assisting other tables, yet never checking on us. My wife went to the bar to get a refill at this point and in her absence, I requested our server from the hostess. Our server came over and I shared our situation and she was less than receptive. If "looks could kill" then her demeanor changed for the obvious worst. Maybe it was unintentional, but she rolled her eyes, modified her tone, and talked over me. She kept saying "it's busy" but this isn't a good argument considering she was helping other guests. Again, we had no issues the last time with service and trust me, we are understanding. She eventually got the manager who heard our concerns and tended to the matter. At this point, our drinks were empty again and she made sure to stop by our table to say "We are going to transfer you to another server" and then proceeded to say that if we needed anything then they could assist us further. I have never had a server approach a table like that and in all honesty, it doesn't sit well. Could we not have just had the other server come greet us? Which she did, about ten minutes later, while still needing soda. I am so disappointed. Compared to my experience previously with Elaine, our current server, Isabella, left me with a sour taste for this location. We came on a weekday for lunch last time, not sure if this makes a difference. The food was better for sure. The manager that day checked on us and was super personable. Him and Elaine definitely made us want to return. After this experience, I'm not...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your restaurant. I have visited three times, and unfortunately, my last visit left me highly disappointed.
On my first visit, everything was perfect, which is why I decided to return. However, on my second visit, I ordered through Uber Eats, and the order was delivered incorrectly. I decided to go to inside to speak with someone in hopes to have it remade, not to include the inconvenience of leaving home, getting dressed, and driving to the restaurant. Despite providing all the correct details when submitting the order, I was advised that I should have mentioned them again in the request. I reviewed my account and confirmed that the extra details were indeed listed but were not followed.
For my third visit, I decided to order in person to avoid any potential issues, thinking this would ensure the order would be made correctly. Unfortunately, the order was still incorrect. I spoke with the manager about the situation, but I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and the absence of an apology for the ongoing inconvenience. Furthermore, I was charged for an additional side, which was significantly smaller than the portion I had received on previous visits.
While the manager suggested that the kitchen staff might have made an error, I find it hard to understand how such simple instructions are continually overlooked. I wanted to be a regular customer, but this experience has made me question whether I can continue to trust that my orders will be correct in the future.
I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of resolution and consideration for my time and experience has left me frustrated. I am not one to complain, but after spending money on an order that was incorrect yet again, I felt compelled to share my feedback. I left the restaurant with the wrong order because I did not want to wait another extended period for the correction.
At this point, I am unsure if I will return. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to ensure better service in the future.

Read more2nd visit in 5 years and will most likely never be back. This place is the ONLY bar/restaurant whose management seems incapable of handling the one task they are charged with... MANAGING.
In each of my two visits over years, I seemed to have timed walking in during a shift change. The hostesses did not know who was coming on-shift and therefore asked my partner and I to wait at the hostess stand until they were provided instructions. Five minutes later, they told us we could sir anywhere but that management had yet to assign staff to tables but that someone would take our drink order... EVENTUALLY. Several moments after we seated ourselves, a very sweet young waitress informed us they were still in the middle of a shift change but that she would take our drink order and pass it onto the waitress relieving her as soon as it was made known "who" the relief server would be. 10 minutes later, she introduced us to Kayla, and things finally began to move in the right direction. Our order was taken, and we patiently waited for our appetizer. Within three minutes of getting our appetizer, out came our entrées. Needless to say, we were NOT happy and informed the team members who brought out our meals that such poor time management was not appreciated.
The food itself was overcooked and dry, eventhough we specifically requested "wet" (how do you screw up wings???)
While Kayla was quite good AND attentive, a waitress is part of a team and when the entire team except her fails, she is left swimming upstream. I wished her well and left her a generous tip.
I hope to find preferable options to this place in the future when in this part of Altamonte...
