Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

I drive all over Central FL for a living and visit numerous Chick-fil-A locations for lunch. The reason, I am seeking a healthy fast food as my time is so limited. In general, most of the locations are on par with quality control. Some better than others. However, this location, has been just terrible each time. The first unsatisfied experience is when my fries were cold and I was given sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Also, no straws for my teas. No big deal if I wasn't on a time crunch and had to go back to fix my order. In addition, I have ordered Cobb salads. Again, (unlike other locations where you would get 5-6 grilled nuggets) they are skimming by cutting 2-3 nuggets in half. On more than one occasion, I have ordered the chicken wrap or should I lettuce wrap. At first I figured it was a bad batch. I think I have ordered it 3 times now and each time it looked like a single chicken nugget chopped up an thrown in with a bunch of lettuce. Then today, (giving the wrap one more shot at my least favorite location) I ordered the $8.00 wrap (which put the icing on the cake and ensured that I will not return to this location). Again, 2 lettuce wraps. However, when 3/4 complete with my wrap, I crunched down on something hard. I spit it out to find it was black and hard. I could only surmise that it may have been plastic. I guess you can say, that was the straw that broke the camels back. Again, I don't have time to run in, wait for a manager and have a over drawn conversation. I have given this location numerous opportunities to redeem itself (mostly because it's on the route I run). Chick-fil-A has been my go to health choice fast food. However, this location will definitely be coming...

We ordered from our mobile app to CFA # 03846 location on our way home to Palm Coast, FL. We ordered 4 meals. We got all of our drinks and the food handed to use. Quick glance, everything looked okay. We got onto 4 hwy and noticed that we were missing an 8 count nuggets. The fries and drink were there but just the main entree. We contacted the store and spoke to a Nathan that answered the phone. His recommendation for our missing entree was to turn around from our way home to come back to the store. I don't know about you, but the last thing I want to do after a store can't fill my order correctly is to spend 20 minutes turning around to go back to a store that is out of our way from heading home. I simply asked them to refund the 8 count nugget or to add a reward for the 8 count nugget. He said there was nothing that he could do. I asked to speak to the manager and Nathan confirmed he was the manager. Instead of resolving the issue, Nathan wanted to explain to me why they werent able to fix it. We got disconnected. I called back and Alexis answered the phone. I asked who the manager on duty was and, surprise surprise, she said she was. So Nathan was lying and wouldn't get me to someone I asked to speak to that may be more equipped to handle my concern. Spoiler alert, Alexis wasn't equipped to handle the issue. She did say she would see about a reward but it would take 7-10 days. No accountability for the mistake. Make mistakes, but have someone equipped...

I used to go here but I stopped going to this place once they started using bioengineered chemical created in a lab ingredients not created by our creator not meant for human consumption. But apparently Chick-fil-A thinks that bioengineered ingredients is okay to serve to people selling them that poison. If I was you I would definitely not go here no more.. you really want to feed yourself and your children some chemically made up compound from a laboratory for your children to eat it and you yourselves and it's not even created by our creator not created on Earth by some man in a laboratory not meant for human consumption poisoned.. so you can go ahead and eat that garbage if you want.. me I'll pass on that I want to live. And I'm definitely not going to feed that garbage to my children or my family. And I'm definitely not going to eat that poison myself.. if I was you I would definitely boycott Chick-fil-A just like I did. Chick-fil-A you should be ashamed of yourself.. cutting costs at the cost of the consumers health and their children's health and families health in the welfare of their children and their family.you do this Chick-fil-A so you can make more profit at the expense of the health of the customers the people the children. You should be ashamed of yourself...
