I really wish I could not even put one star on this review. I am extremely upset right now. I thought that the only problem that I was going to have with this place was that when I ordered garlic knots on the phone they charged me for them and didn’t even tell me they were out of garlic knots until I got there and they decided to make me garlic bread instead. Without even offering to give me a refund or offering me the garlic bread they just gave it to me. The problems did not stop there I ordered a large pepperoni pizza for my kids I get home there’s mushrooms bell peppers and onions all over the pizza. My personal small pizza was cold. The mozzarella cheese sticks basically the cheese melted out of the sticks and they were chewy . I spent $60 on this entire order and every single thing was terrible even down to the wings being cold. I had to order a whole new meal from another pizza place near my home to feed my kids. I called this pizzeria and explained to the girl she said that i could get a refund for the large pizza only, or come get a new pizza i said just refund me please, she then said i needed to come there tonight at 9:00 pm to get the refund i asked if i could come tomorrow cause i need to feed my kids and go pick up new pizza and i can hear the man in the back yelling “no she has to bring that pizza back to get the refund. I don’t even care at this point and no will I ever return. Terrible food and terrible...

I just ordered two pizzas and two desserts from this place. I was excited to try their pizza. However, what a disappointment this place was. Both pizzas were simply inediable and I didn’t even have a full slice because it was that bad. The pizza tasted terrible and it was extremely watery. Tasted like I was eating a super wet bread thats been swimming in water all day. So I called and asked for a refund and even told the person who picked up the phone to pick up the pizzas because we only had a piece of each pizza and it was pretty much complete. Since we are hungry and are paying for food that we didn’t eat and enjoy. However, she refuse to refund us our money and didn’t even apologize for our inconvenience. Customer Service is extremely important for a business and for attracting new customers. Clearly this place doesn’t know what good customer service is. I ended throwing the pizzas away and ordering anther pizza from another place. I don’t recommend this place fist because my pizzas were disgusting and second because of the poor customer service.
