Westgate Mall — Attraction in Amarillo

We got removed off premises due to the fact that we had an electrical scooter to help us get around and be mobilized due to me having scoliosis I asked the security guard to show me the policy stated and it states skateboards and skates that does not cover electrical scooters or electrical motorized hoverboards!!!!!!!!!

The driver security guard that was outside was extremely rude as well she demanded that I listened to her sentence while I was trying to take care of my son to go back to his mother!!!!!!

Entering the Mall from the food court was dirty. Old salt is still on the floor and rugs look like nobody has used a vacuum or swept the front when entering from the food court. The glass doors we’re all dirty.

Wasn't impressed with the barbershop in the food court area. So many vacant areas throughout the mall, but why do they have it in between the food court area?

This Mall needs love. Went to a handful of stores and nobody acknowledges you when you walk. Nobody said hi or bye, thank you for coming in nothing at all. earthbound store Stayed behind the counter Dillard’s for men too busy talking to other employees adult journeys stay behind the counter with his head down, talking to somebody on his iPad or phone.

I’m leaving this review for the Kendra Scott located in this mall. I went a few days ago and I’m from out of state, I was wearing casual comfy clothes as we’ve been traveling all day. We walked in and I was hoping to buy me a new necklace until the two workers did not greet us or ask if I needed help finding anything. Other people came in and they were quick to help them and assist with their needs. It made us upset. As if we didn’t have no business being in that store. I really wanted to purchase the necklace I found until I realized that we were being treated unfairly. The worker watched me look at the necklace and until I put it back and just decided to leave.
