Lots of cool restaurants to eat at are surrounding this place. There's a small park area where there are plenty of benches and trash cans. There is also a fountain in the middle of the park area, although it's not always on; it will turn itself off if the wind is too stong and resume once the wind has calmed down again. The posts around the entrance light up at night into the early morning.

Popped up and saw a Fatburger shop. Pulled over from where I was headed. It had to wait. Double meet cheese burger, large fry, drink in the ride. Outside posted up, checking the view. Taking in how it was in Cali, East Bay Fat burger eating. The environment is Wooooop. Scoot through, driving by, yes make a date like this or that day.

TORCHY'S Tacos. Ordered several tacos (Republican, Democrat, Beef f ajita, Chicken fajita, Baha shrimp, Crossroads, Street corn and Hillbilly Queso. I was feeding four. Everything was great. Always order the Hillbilly Queso. It can't be beat.

Businesses that are here are as follows. Hawaiian Bro's island grill (newly opened) Fat Burger, ZaLat pizza, Salata, Tiffs Treats, Biscuit Bar, Rocket Fizz, Torchy's Tacos, Yumilicious fro yo, Jersey Mike's, The Social House, Smoothy King, The Buffalo Spot, Pure Barre, Buttermilk Sky, Eye Lab, the Joint (chiropractor), Oranges Theory fitness, Zero Degrees, Massage Envy, Nail Lounge and an urgent care. Can be very difficult to find good parking and a pain to navigate around the...

A cozy & busy community of eateries such as The Halal Guys, Torchy's, Burgers, etc... health & wellness like Urgent Care, Massage Envy, Nails, etc on one side and various other establishments on the other, slightly further down that I've yet to visit... seems to have a steady flow of traffic with adequate black-top parking & close proximity establishments... nice area to visit & experience new foods...
