Dallas Cowboys Ticket Office — Attraction in Arlington

Drove from Dallas to purchase concert tickets only to be told absolutely no tickets are sold in person. Apparently, they stopped in person sales after Covid and are taking advantage of the situation by not resuming sales. Terrible customer service and a real disgrace. They know people will buy tickets regardless, so no reason for them not to help Ticketmaster continue ripping folks off with minimum additional 25 percent in fees on top of ticket cost. The interesting part is how after 4 years post Covid their voicemail and website both neglect to let customers know this. Also, why do they even have a sign on site at the stadium that says box office? A simple fix to update web site...
