Been there twice, both times I asked the sales clerk at the check out desk, how can I know what the price of an item is? Both times I was told "I don't know". Both offered that if I would bring an item to them, they would check the price for me. Both times they were nice. However, I like to know the price of an item before I get to check out, period. I don't have time for all that wonder and honestly no pricing distracts my attention. Both times, although the shelves were stocked and the store was clean, I was frustrated and thought how ridiculous my shopping experience just was. I also wanted a pair of cheap ear phones, I forgot my good ones at home. The cheapest I found, I think we're 6.99, too much for this day & age, not being name brand. Sorry, I won't be shopping there again. The Merchants Row location in Arlington, Tx is where I shopped.

My wife placed an online order early this morning and in turn received a confirmation stating the order was received and would be ready for pick up this afternoon. When we arrived at the store the order was not even ready. They told us that they had canceled our order, mind you they already confirmed this order. The store attendant Keira seemed like she was bothered the whole time and annoyed that she had to deal with this. She immediately called her manager Jessica, who was completely unprofessional and rude to my wife. She also seemed annoyed and even threatened to call the cops on my wife rather than deal with the situation. Somebody dropped the ball. They said we'd get the money back in a few days, but what if that had been all the money we had. They need staff and management with better training both in how to do their jobs and how to treat customers. I was looking around and the workers would just pass by and look at you and not say excuse me.. also they do not greet you/welcome you, i work in customer service and I always greet people so they can feel welcomed, this wasn’t the case in this store..
