Disappointed by the far left politics injected into the sermon last Sunday.
Seems very one sided: for example the male pastor talked about employers stealing "5 billion" in payroll from employees in the US. US department of Commerce estimates that 50 billion in theft occurs from employees to the employer. Over 75% of employees admit to time theft, without the full context you'd think that all employers are monsters.
Then they had some activist woman go up to talk about getting money for her organization to learn/teach people more on the 1619 project, equity, alphabet people etc. All of which serves to divide people which is the opposite of what I learned in the bible
Someone get her a copy of a Thomas Sowell book to put by her 1619 project book!
I also find it odd that on the stage front and center is a christmas tree instead of a cross or some other symbol of the religious side of this holiday,...
