In the winter the market is smaller but its still a great place to get delicious homemade bread ( 2 vendors the day we visits plus a dessert vendor) as well as winter greens, fermented products, fresh spring flowers and lots of other local items. Almost always there are musicians playing which creates a nice atmosphere. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the less busy season too. Read moreI really wish Imaldris (the jam) was sold here but otherwise they've got a great selection of vendors, ample parking, and they're open during the winter.
My favorite vendors are: The dude who sells the tumeric black pepper bread from a table - their rye chocolate chip cookies are better than any brownie.
The pimento cheese lady @ Ali Rae's - the spicy and garlic versions are chefs kiss incredible. I like to grab a loaf of bread from the bread dude and slather it with this stuff.
The pasta truck Rio Bertolinis. Their ravioli and pierogi are so friggen good. I've tried the shirt rib and the lobster ravioli and both were incredible. Their vodka sauce is solid and great if you want the experience of homemade pasta without destroying...

Also not just produce but you're likely to find cheeses, seafood, meats, pasta, whole grains, flowers, coffee, plants, useful crafts, & more!
