When you are a landlord you absolutely are treated badly. When you tell them to leave you wind up in jail!! imagine that, the cops believe the renters over you!! When you get out you have a no contact order placed on you where you can't tell them to leave if that's not bad enough you try to take your warent out on the renters...you are denied. Then you go through the process of going to court...you then are treated as though you are the criminal, denied money although they the renters owe you 6000.00 and have destroyed your property. You are then not allowed to ask questions the JUDGES ARE TO BUSY, THEY TELL YOU TO ASK THE CLERK ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR CASE!! The clerk then has nothing to say that you want to hear!! This is when you get to take out your billfold and START to spend money 130.00 per person to START the process!! You then are told if the renters can stay another 10 days. if you don't agree with what the judge had to say on the 11th day you can appeal it...go back to the courthouse get out your billfold again spend 55.00 more dollars to get to the next step. This gives your renters another 7 days!! 55.00 dollars for a weeks rent I would love that!! Me being the landlord I just get to spend the 55.00 and watch them drive by my house for another week!! just imagine that would you? This is where I am at in the Courts PROCESS!! They love to take your money! This is only my opinion I suggest that everyone sell their home and start renting pay 1 or 2 months then just stop paying and go to your local courthouse to get the best screw job you've ever had!! because you my friend are the criminal not the renters who are not paying you!! Again sell your house and start your own PROCESS of renting I think you will come out ahead in the long run!! Again just my personal opinion!! Good luck to all the landlords out there!! My accommodations in the county jail were less than desired. I was under the impression that this would be an excellent mountain getaway, but it turned into a total nightmare.

The hosts of this facility were rude, and shockingly there were no doorknobs on any of the doors. It seemed like quite a fire hazard, although everything is made of steel and concrete.

Before settling me into my final accommodations, they kept me in a large room that was colder than Pluto for 15 hours. My roommates were an odd bunch of characters. You'd think they would screen their visitors before allowing them to stay at their facility. I can't be certain, but I believe some of these gentlemen may have been criminals of some sort.

The ambiance and decor was horrific. Everything was a drab grey color, except my jumpsuit. The only color coordination they had was matching jumpsuits and plastic sandals. (I eventually received a white jumpsuit, although the orange ones were more visually appealing)

The sandals they provided rubbed blisters on my feet, and they didn't give me socks.

The food was atrocious. Having expected fine dining, I was utterly disappointed. The only wine they offered was fermented in a toilet.

If you are expecting terrific service and fun activities, think again. I'd highly recommend seeking other accommodations.

Once my getaway weekend ended, they had even lost my clothes that I wore into their facility. I was so ready to leave that I didn't even mind losing my favorite Pink Floyd shirt.

I recently came here as a witness to my sister's hearing. The only other time I had been here was for a speeding ticket when I was 16. I work downtown, so naturally I had a push knife attached to my keys that I use for protection when walking to my car late at night, that I've had on there for two years and completely forgot I had it on there. It was an honest mistake. Well, the blonde female officer who was on duty that day was VERY rude about it as I explained to her that I forgot it was on there. As I'm taking it off my keychain, another woman approaches to check in and says, "Wow, do people not know the rules?" And the female officer replied, "Yeah I'd like to punch people in the face for not knowing them." I eventually got the knife off my keychain and was not allowed to bring it back to my car, so I was forced to throw it away. Then, as my bag was scanned through, I forgot I had a wine opener in my bag for work, as I work at a restaurant downtown and she was rude about that as well when I asked if I could just hand it to them to toss it out. Her reply was, "Trashcan right over there." I have NEVER been in trouble with the law and this was a less than desirable experience and officers wonder why the public dislikes them so much. Many of them have a God complex that needs about them that needs to get checked. Worst and most embarrassing experience I've EVER had with law enforcement. VERY...
