I’m writing to share my sincere appreciation for Chris Gomes, General Manager of Bergstrom Hyundai Green Bay (formerly Broadway Hyundai), and his entire phenomenal team. I just completed my 10th vehicle transaction with them — and once again, they exceeded all expectations.
From the moment I walked through the doors of their beautiful new facility, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. This most recent purchase — my brand new 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited Edition with all bells and whistles— has been nothing short of amazing, and the entire experience was smooth, exciting, and refreshingly honest.

Read moreMy wife and I were looking to replace our 2009 Acadia with a comparable 3 row SUV before the 2020 winter season. We were originally looking at Kia Telluride, but other dealers in Northeast WI had none in inventory, or they were taking non- refundable deposits with delivery dates into late 2021 or early 2022. After some research, we found that the Hyundai Palisade was comparable to the Telluride and were more available.
In late-July, I called a handful of the other local Hyundai dealers and received similar responses as I received about the Telluride. But then I called Broadway and spoke with Angie. She was very knowledgeable about the Palisade (found out later she owns one as well), walked us through some options (reserve one coming in soon with a refundable deposit or build one from the factory), and most importantly, she was empathetic to our challenges trying to buy a new car. As I did with other local dealers, I gave Angie the type of Palisade we were looking for, and asked her to call me when one comes in so we can be on the list to buy it. A few weeks later, Angie reached out to us and had a comparable Palisade to test drive and gave us a heads up of when the next shipment would come in that matched what we were looking for. Also, Angie was the first dealer to call me back, and as of this review, the only dealer to call me back.
After the test drive, we decided to put our names down for the next Palisade that would come in by mid- September. Angie walked us through the process, we put down our deposit (yes it was refundable) and patiently waited. Angie kept in touch and provided regular updates of when our vehicle would arrive. It finally arrived the week of 9/14/20. Angie was flexible in when we could come in and finalize the deal. We were able to come in over the lunch hour on a Thursday, get the financing done, plates exchanged, and review all of the features in about an hour.
After nearly 8 months of trying to buy a new car, Angie and Broadway made it happen without any aggressive sales tactics. Special thanks to Alex in financing for being knowledgeable and prepared to get us processed in a short amount of time.

They sent a driver an hour up to where we live to drop off a lender car and bring our car back in to their shop for a more thorough investigation of the problem. The manager was super awesome and made us feel like we were being heard. We appreciate their efforts to make it right.
I'm so angry! We bought our Palisade from these guys, new, a few years ago. It's got about 40K miles on it now. It's recently started doing this thing where when I try to accelerate sometimes, it doesn't and instead, feels like it's going to stall out. It's happened to both my husband and I multiple times, and thankfully not when it really mattered to where we got in a car accident as a result...yet! So we brought it in to see if they could figure out the problem, and they couldn't get it to replicate the issue and sent us home with it. Understandable. We called a few weeks later when it seemed that the problem was happening more frequently, and they told us to bring it in at 7 freaking AM and leave it there until they could figure out the problem. Okay, fine if they were actually going to fix it this time. I live an hour from Green Bay though, and so just bringing it in and leaving it there is hard cause both my husband and I have to come down in two separate vehicles to drop it off, plus we gotta bring the kids with us cause we can't just leave them alone etc....so they said they'd give us a loaner car instead so we didn't all have to come down to deal with this. My husband got there at 7. They did not give him a loaner car, they couldn't figure out the problem AGAIN, made him feel like we were idiots and that it was all in our heads, and sent him home after two and a half hours plus two hours of driving. The one guy was incredibly rude too and gave him all kinds of attitude when he was clearly unhappy about leaving with no solution for a second time after wasting hours driving and waking up at the butt crack of dawn. Really really really unhappy with these guys. I will never buy a car...
