I came here because a friend recommended it and I was really excited to finally find a good nail place. The ladies where very nice and welcoming but the nail tech that did my nails was rushing to go home and did a very mediocre job with my nails. She filed so close to my cuticle that it now hurts to even touch water. I have gotten SnS done at other places and it always lasts a good 4-5 weeks before it starts peeling at the top. It’s been two days since I got my nails done here and it’s already peeling. Needless to say I will not be back. You can tell in the pictures below how she didn’t take care of my cuticles. I’ve been a regular for many years since I live nearby. I was always getting decent manicure for a good price. Today I managed to squeeze an appointment on my work lunch break to get pretty nails done for Christmas and New Years. I explained I wanted dark navy sparkle nails - something festive - and proceeded with their recommendation. The color had no sparkle and was green! I noticed right away and asked for a change. The nail tech insisted I get second layer which I did, and guess what...still green! They eventually suggested pretty color and ... just painted over green nails since it was gel and they didn’t want to remove first layer. Well I may have the ugliest done nails for holidays but I’m never stepping into the salon again....

So happy my friend brought me to this nail shop! I called and spoke to Grace to make an appointment - she was very thorough and upfront about pricing, which I appreciated. Jenny did an amazing job with my nails! I told her it’s my first time getting extensions and she made sure I was happy with them through the process. She asked me several times if I liked the length, the shape, and even she & Grace tried on several colors to find the person nude shade I was wanting.
