What a delightful experience! When we started to revamp our living room we did all the easy stuff first. New sofa, reupholstered chairs—but something was missing. Coffee tables are a dime a dozen, and yet we couldn’t find anything we liked. Until, that is, we stumbled across Mission Motif. We saw something we loved but you had to call for a price. That sounded scary until I talked to Terry. The price was great for a piece of solid wood fine furniture. We chose quartersawn white oak, but they’ve got other choices in wood and many stains. Right on time, after waiting four weeks, we got word that our coffee table was on the way. We were stunned at the beauty and quality of the work. We looked it over from top to bottom and it is flawless. The documentation tells the story of the Amish artisans who made the piece. Every step of the process was a great experience, from the initial phone call to the road updates from the man delivering the piece. Now, if they only made a matching console table! I won't hesitate to buy quality, handcrafted furniture from Mission Motif. In fact, they’re the first place I will look. Hats off, Mission Motif! I recommend them...

I ordered a rug online and then had second thoughts about the dimensions. So, the next day I called and the gentleman that answered the phone (yes, they actually had a real person to answer the phone), said, "Yes, I see your order, but the questions you are asking I am not able to answer, I can have someone from that department call you back shortly". When I hung up I thought....it will probably be tomorrow at the soonest I hear back, if at all. Well, within the next 15-20 minutes I received a call back and they were able to answer my questions and even offered to go into the stock area to measure the specific type rug I was ordering to double check dimensions. The rug arrived by UPS exactly how it was pictured online. The dimensions were absolutely spot on!! In this day in age were things aren't usually as they appear how wonderful to have a product that is exactly what it was represented to be, arrive when they indicated and have staff that knows the product line. We recently moved into a new home that was built about 20 years ago. One of the lights in the driveway had a pane of glass inside that had broken. I finally found a company that sold a product that matched this one, but I didn’t want to replace the whole thing as it has aged a bit over time and would look rather silly if one was brand new and the others were older. Additionally, the light is in perfect shape aside from this one panel of glass. I reached out to the company to see if they’d be willing to sell me just a panel of glass. They went out of their way to custom order me a pane, have it made, and shipped at a very reasonable price. They also ensured that it was the right product for me by checking the size of the panel to be sure it would fit. Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely do business with this...
