Limited hours, unknowledgeable and RUDE staff, attempts to overcharge multiple accounts to already struggling Business owners. Then had me make a payment online via their DESKTOP COMPUTERS using the same website I can access at home but somehow incapable of solving this over the phone for 10+ months. Make sure you bring EVERYTHING you've received, take screenshots of receipts because they don't send them to you. Be prepared to be treated as guilty and delinquent in payment until you can prove otherwise. They don't accept responsibility for failing an entire city for well over a year and threaten you with more fines despite numerous attempts to pay the invoices due. Do yourself a favor open a business in a different state, not worth the disorganization, excessive fees, and everything else that comes with having a business in the city of Atlanta. Best of...

I recently visited City Hall for a book tour, and overall, it was a positive experience. One of the highlights was the high level of security present, which made me feel very, very safe throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, including the restrooms, which were well-maintained.

The design of City Hall is another aspect that stood out to me; it's aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully laid out. The presence of various flags inside added a nice touch to the decor. Additionally, the staff were really, really nice and helpful, enhancing my overall experience.

Today was quiet at City Hall. It appears that some employees might be "flex" working from home. Which is awesome for a Friday. Fall break is this week for Atlanta public schools. However, downtown traffic is "still trafficking." The marble in the main entry was designed to be striking; as the circular staircase in the backdrop.
