Dolo’s Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Atlanta

A cool pizza shop, I think calling it a restaurant at this point is a bit of a stretch. It's a cart located inside of Underground Atlanta (I believe I read somewhere that they will be moving into an official location soon). The woman making the pizza was particularly pleasant! She explained the options on the menu which allowed me to order quickly and get exactly what I wanted.

It was awesome to watch her out everything together in such a limited workspace. Apparently all you need to make a good pizza is a portable pizza oven, quality toppings and a great personality. I look forward to...

Ordered this for delivery and everything was outstanding. While visiting from out of town, I got a hankering for late night pizza. I saw Dolo's was close by and had great reviews, so decided to try it and they did not disappoint. I ordered the black pizza and shared a couple slices with my family. Everyone LOVED it. It was flavorful, the crust was crispy and thin (but not too thin), and it wasn't super greasy but still felt substantial. The presentation was also nice, especially for a pizza being delivered. I come here once and month and when I don’t I dream about it. The hostess Yasmin is so nice and bubbly, love checking up on her as if she was my bestie. The chef is always hard at work and never complains, deserves mad props. The black pizza is my Go to; add a little cheese and peppers and boy oh boy it’s so good. It’s thin so it’s crunchy but somehow the crust is also so soft and buttery. The wings tho! The sauce needs to be sold in a bottle. I love coming here late night.
