No air conditioning, no parking. In fact, I parked a few blocks away on the street and came back to find a parking ticket for $35.! The manager and her 1 person staff were extremely helpful, even though they are extremely understaffed ( but who would want to work somewhere that has NO air conditioning this time of year? I Purchased a new phone and service 3 weeks ago. I got a really great deal.I bought the phone & 1 month of service for $150. I went back to the Store today. I had to change my billing date from the 28 of the month to the 3rd of the month. They charged me $20. I explained that my phone was stolen.They told me they could file the insurance claim for me for $60.00.My ID was torn from the expiration date.
