Anytime I'm in the little five point area this place is a must go for me. I feel so at peace when entering into the store, they have the most amazing stones and other spiritual items that would take your attention away from the world for a while.. they carry (wildberry brand) incense that smells so good, you can get 30 for seven dollars . Their stone are sold at great prices as well. Customer service is fair, honestly it depends on who's working that day. I have been many times but there is a time I went and the young lady there didn't seem to have mediated that day. They could benefit by playing some soft music or tones because it's very quiet in the store. But other then that I have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

It was A good experience, being my first time in The ATL ( Visited Georgia Before) Wanted to make sure the Inner G ( energy/ anointing) 👁️ was going start bringing into the City was one of Clearest intentions So My Presence could be felt before being seen. Picked a a couple items. Talked to the amazing Soul at the register and ended up networking to the point where she helped me promote my QR codes / Flyers / Stickers in each of the Bags for customers items 🙏🏾🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 ( Warmed My Heart ❤️ That Day ) Ended up Meeting Parking Lot attendants, Talked to Security Guards, A few Vendors and Business Owners. Didn’t waste anytime. Be sure to slide through, & leave your B.S. at the Door!

UPDATE: And no, WRONG CUSTOMERS, love. The owner didn’t ask us to wear a mask because we had them on. This was early in the day when the cashier deliberately shouted asking us whether or not we’d come into the store, seeing that we were taking pictures and getting ready to PROMOTE this business via social media like everyone gets to do. The attitude was AWFUL and UNCALLED for. So I do not know what you’re talking about in your response. Thank you anyway. ORIGINAL: We felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable today. The customer service was just so rude. I was visiting from out of town so I had looked forward to it. We will not be returning.

I purchased a money candle, and a few other items from this place recently honestly I couldn’t say I would be back the money candle never worked in any of the other items no money ever came to me and I was playing the lottery consistently and I was also manifesting money and I spent a good penny at this place. At least $50 or more I honestly feel like my money was a waste because I didn’t get any results. So I cannot say I will be back, and I cannot recommend this place if I would have saw results then my review would be different and I would give a four or a five depending on the results but because I did not see results is why I am giving a one star review if anything changes within the next few weeks like two weeks or so then I will come back and change my review not to mention they do not answer the phone so one thing I cannot understand about this business or just businesses in general why have a number listed on Google business profile if you’re not going to answer the phone, I called this place at least five times or more and no one answered the phone so I didn’t even know that this place was even open because Google is not always correct so just because Google say no business is open does it mean that is correct? I’ve gotten incorrect information from Google quite a few times so I was calling to make sure this place was open before arriving and after calling five times no one answered the phone. I took a chance and coming to this place anyway, even though no one would answer the phone. And when I arrived, they was open. I know a lot of people when calling a business and no one is answering the phone people will hang up and go to somewhere else and that Business just lost a customer and money all because they would not pick up the phone. I’m pretty sure after leaving this review nothing is going to change. I am pretty sure they are still not going to answer the phone. And by the way, I end up, throwing the candle and other items in the trash because that money candle did not work plus by time I do the money, candle, and other items in the trash there wasn’t much usage left out of it almost all the candle wax was gone anyway, and wasn’t much sage left but as I mentioned previous if anything changes within the next two weeks, then I will come back and change my review mind you are I came to this place about a month or month and a half ago I think that is more then enough time to see if the money, candle, and other items that I purchased work or not unfortunately did not...

I am always visiting The Honey Pot and the owner and her family always have looked out for me since they were in their first place of business. However, today the customer service around 12:20p.m was horrible at the lil five points location.

This is a store of positivity, spiritual growth and connections and the energy of the customer service rep was off. Reason: she was very loud speaking and rude. Next, the system shut down and she said, “wow that’s never happened before.” All the while several customers are shopping in the store so we just standing there like are you going to fix the malfunction. Next, a young man was asking people in the store do they have cash app. And I know for certain if Lana or the other lady would’ve pulled up and saw that they would be extremely disappointed because Ms.Lana doesn’t play. I was trying to even have a decent conversation with the customer rep trying to make her laugh because the young lady that works there from time to time is so SWEET but she just said “hey how you doing loudly.” As if she didn’t want to hear what I was saying. Well, this is my first bad experience here. Just because someone may look a certain way doesn’t mean you be rude. You never know...

I am recently new to the Honey Pot Art and Energy. I have been about three times in the past and have been served by a nice lady who is a regular worker. Today I went on a Saturday and there was an associate who was doing inventory and was not saying excuse me or a acknowledging my presence in a nice manner. The lady who is always there even asked how I was and helped me find the Azurite crystal i needed. I wish I knew her name, she is always so nice and helpful. The lady with straight hair unfortunately had to ring me up. She yelled very loud and rudely, What are these?” Shocked, because she should know as a worker, I told her Azurite. She threw my crystals in a bag and shoved them in my face. I looked back at the crystals on the shelf and asked If I had to pay and she said no. There was no goodbye or have a good day. She probably gave them to me for free as she was filling them with negative energy before leaving the store. This was a bad experience to have a crystal shop that is supposed to be filled with positive energy, I had to do a sound bath to clear the energy of the...
