Update: I don’t think the dirt would have been visible by video monitor. It wasn’t messy. it looks as if the baseboards, bathroom walls, and floors haven’t been washed in months. They are sticky, dirty, and have a lot of hair on them. If one were to wipe a paper towel on the baseboard, it would turn dark grey. It’s not sanitary for a food service establishment, nor is it the result of one employee shirking her responsibility.

I fully understand that reducing ice results in a smaller volume in the cup. totally fair and reasonable, which is why i didn’t mention it in my review. again, great staff. You guys just need to scrub bathroom...

Just like other reviewers have said, couldn't ask for anything more. The woman taking orders was very helpful in making suggestions based on what you want, even if you're unfamiliar with ordering boba. The place is very clean, cute, and well lit.

The service was extremely fast and my friend had her drink before we'd finished ordering.

The tea was excellent and reasonably priced. I got a fruit tea latte (mango) with yogurt boba at 25% sweetness, which I'd highly recommend.
