Wild Bill's Tobacco — Attraction in Auburn Hills

Been going here for years. Always had a good experience until the other day. I spend well over $100 a month. Went there the other day and tried to buy a couple packs of cigarettes. I told him what i wanted he fave me 1 pack and said were out of that. Si i asked for something else and he just kept staring at me i pointed yo the cigarette pack and said I'll take those then. He said no I'm not going to sell them to you. You must leave the store now. I'm like what? Ar this point i was mad and left. Never seen that kid before. He must be new and he looked like he was on drugs. I will never go back there again. He doesn't need to be working at a place that deals with people. Never again...

I got a coupon in the mail. (I live maybe 2 miles away,so one would assume that the coupons would be for the closest and or all locations) The clerk was rude and said that he wouldn't honor the coupon. I left a review stating my disappointment and that I would be going to the gas station as there prices are better. The district manager responded and then called me. Honest and respectful employees, it is hard to come by honesty in vape shops especially with marketing and new vapes coming in but they don’t lie to you, they treat you with respect, I felt like I asked maybe 30 questions but they don’t rush you or anything, they tell you to take your time. Also most vape shop employees always look so depressed when you walk in, this isn’t a depressed vibe it’s more open, I don’t recommend a lot of vape shops but I do recommend...
