Goodwill Store & Donation Center — Attraction in Audubon

I’ve never witnessed such abuse and wrongful firing of an employee in all my life. The management and upper management of the Audubon Goodwill, or hateful of each other and certain employees they abuse all their employees and in this case, abused and terminated a three year employee over a bogus customer complaint That never should’ve resulted in the firing of one of their best three year employees, but due to hating managers this employee was targeted. Every day was disciplined on matters that everyone else did but weren’t disciplined. In three years wasn’t given employee of the month while new hires were given employee of the month because of hating managers totally unfair how they treated this employee Bottom line, they embellished this customers complaint so they could terminate this employee in favor of new hires Totally un-American and unfair business practices the labor board will be getting a complaint in upper Goodwill. Corporate will be getting emails. I’m sure they will be interested in a lot of things I’ve witnessed. I’ve shopped at the Audubon Goodwill for over five years I am a reseller and spent a lot of money every week in that store I will never step foot in that store Again It’s disgusting what they did to this woman a three year loyal employee and I’m sure a lot of her customers will agree and also never shop there again. Goodwill corporate what are you doing hiring Managers like this A full investigation of this matter should be done...

June 18,2023 My very first experience in the Goodwill,the cashiers appear to be prejudice, they dont make you feel welcomed in that store, you practically have to go out of your way to say hello, and greet the cashiers and when you ask them a question the answers are condescending and hauty. I experienced a problem in the store I had a heavy item in my hand,the cashier with armpit length wavy brown hair was short as if I was getting on her nerves asking for help. But the people that was around her whom she seemed to be very friendly with did not look like me. By the time I got fed up one lady with the long nails and short cut tried to get my attention but by then I put the heavy item down and walked out, as I was walking out their very systemic stereotype of racism began to show as if they were expecting me to become belligerent. Love the store but the workers are starting to get spotty. I have been a regular since this store was in bellmawr and I’ve noticed a difference. It seems that most of the old employees have left, leaving only a few. Recently Nae , Andrew, and Sarah have been pretty rude to customers. Not to me, but I’ve observed how they spoke to others. Whether it be dirty looks, loud rude comments to each other about the customers, or just ignoring people altogether. I don’t know what has gotten into them considering they used to be happy-go-lucky people. Not all of the workers are bad, obviously. Most are good! Just a few bad apples. The store itself is amazing and has great clean items! Keeping my anonymity because the workers know me personally. I just want this to be a wake up call to them & for everything to go back...
