This is the amphitheater on the Riverwalk at Augusta Georgia nice quiet calm place especially on a weekday. It's a great place any time but on the weekends it can get a bit crowded with tourist and other people. So if possible try to go on a weekday they'll be less people it'll be a lot more calm and quiet and even the animals seem a little bit more active. Overall a great place to enjoy nature, good experience.

Enjoyed using a local area to help me train for an upcoming trip. Will do it several more times in the next few weeks. Offers a pleasant view out over the river, I just wish it was cleaned up a little more often (better yet people didn't throw their trash down) and there should be a drinking water fountain near the area that is used to walk and run so often. Augusta we need to do better.

After a short walk, I decided to exercise on the stairs since I had ice cream minutes before. The amphitheater was clean, and there were others exercising and enjoying the area as well. Be watchful because this time of the year, the bee's are out buzzing. Usually, they won't bother you if you don't bother them.

👉🏼 We are a fulltime RV family and made a quick stop here to rest. Looks like when there are no activities going on people use this area to exercise and work out. Really nice river views and can be a great place to sit down and relax. ✅️ Check us out at @wndrsoulnomads

While the Amphitheater could use some up keep, it's a great place to relax for a few hours over the weekend.
